Tried to get these guys to come in and help me set up my 5ft saltwater tank but the general manager Jerry complained about currently having a lot of other “big jobs in progress”. Said he would get back to me about scheduling but never did. Customer service is bad, wouldn’t trust these guys in my house working on my expensive tank with that kind of attitude.

I ordered a large 5ft saltwater aquarium and called this company for help to set it up. I responded to their general manager Jerry's voicemail and he seemed uninterested and unhelpful, he said he would go talk to his boss and get back to me and never did. So I followed up the next day and he quoted me a price for the job, it was expensive but I was willing to pay for the it because I liked and shopped in Reef Scapes for supplies and they had a nice website. I was already an established customer. He then complained about not being available for another 5 weeks because they are currently working on "big jobs" that are "in progress". Jerry then said he would check with his schedule and get back to me (but of course he never did). Piss poor communication. I ended up making an appointment with Two Men and a Truck to lift my aquarium in, which they were available within the next few days. I also agreed to have my aquarium serviced by the folks at Emerald Coast Coral Farms when I have to deploy or travel for work overseas.
