Placed a sub order for pick up at 4:05, showed up 10 minutes after to give them time, even though the order was placed 30 minutes prior. Had to stand in line for 50 minutes to be acknowledged to get my subs that were sitting on a back counter, instead of the warm pick up area. Once I was finally acknowledged, they acted like we were an inconvenience. Honestly worst experience in my entire 20 years of shopping at Publix. No manager anywhere to be found. Incredible.
