Their service has improved but it still takes well over two days typically to fill prescriptions. The promptness can be real hit or miss. Their friendly but have trouble meeting their quoted filling times. I don’t mind waiting just don’t tell me it will be ready sooner than you can fill it!

Horrible service. The first couple of times I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking possibly there was new employees/management, or maybe they'd unexpectedly lost an employee...but unfortunately it became apparent this is just how this location is run. Good luck if you have a question or need assistance via the phone. You might as well drive all the way to⁴¾ pharmacy to actually have access to speak to someone there. If you don't, prepare most times to spend 30+ minutes & SEVERAL phone calls just to even get someone to pick up the phone. Even the worst business with horrendous customer service that I've experienced will at least answer the call, even if they have to immediately put me on hold. Though it's definitely not how it should be, is not convenient, & is not the service you'd expect from such a large company, or really any company you spend money at, if they'd just answer the phone, apologize, explain what's happening, & EVEN if said they have to put me on hold for 10 minutes, or take my info&-call me back in 30 minutes (& actually follow through with that), that's far better than ignoring calls& wasting so much of yl)lol)lour time to get simple, basic customer assistance. I mean this is patient &medical care, not just fast food or something. & pray you don't have any issue such as insurance suddenly requiring a prior auth or any issue with filling your prescription but you'll have no clue unless you call them to inquire about it, though the app makes it appear it's still in progress and being filled , they've filled all others on your order, & just looks like it's just the last one being worked on. Many of these medications they are dispensing are life saving or if not taken, life threatening. But that is not how they treat this work at all, both shown by action & if asked directly why they were unable to take 30 seconds to make a call to notify a patient their prescription will not be ready with the others as expected when it's not just an antibiotic or something.Even if they had the ability to cancel the RX on the app or something that would show me that an issue exists when I next logged in to see the status of my medications or )However, I will say, a couple of the staff members are nice in person,but definitely not all of them (especially if it requires anything additional on their end). But if I had to choose, I'd rather have them all be unfriendly if we could actually be able to get assistance that need and deserve as paying customers.I REALLY need to change pharmacies ?♀️

Great customer service! I needed some balloons filled for an event i was hosting this past week. I called in the morning to check to make sure I was allowed to bring my own balloons to have filled rather than use there's and they assured me that was fine there would just be a fee. I arrived early that morning and dropped the balloons off with instructions on how I wanted them displayed. When I arrived later in the afternoon they were perfect!

Shout out to the guy who worked there and found a box of large elbow macaroni shells for me. If I had messed up the Mac and cheese the Turkey wouldn’t be the only one being cut on Thanksgiving.

Store is always clean. Employees are always friendly. I had an awkward/rude experience a few months ago at pharmacy and that person is no longer there. Today I had a special experience. One of the cashiers that I have seen many times before had someone helping bag groceries. She clearly has autism. She did a great job and was very friendly. I could see that the cashier was a little uncomfortable and I think she may had seen some strange reactions. I think both need some recognition.

I can not express my shock and gratitude towards the deli counter at this location. Lexxy and Kendra are amazing! My sister has a gluten allergy. She gets horribly sick when she even slightly consumes gluten. These fantastic women cleaned sanitized and prepared lunch meats and cheeses for her to make sure she is safe! This is why I love shopping at Publix!

I made appts for my husband (who has dementia and can't drive) and I for the COVID vaccine on Jan 18. Late on the 16th I had a bad fall and had to call and cancel the appts on the 17th. I did manage to get an appt for the 25th, got a ride and made a painful trip to the store only to be told I had no appt and that their records indicated that I had received the vaccine on the 18th. Hmmmmm....I wonder what deserving individual received my vaccine. Yes, Publix is so careful about following guidelines for the administration of the vaccine, NOT!!!!

Great section and a clean store. Employees are welcoming and offer help when needed. 3 stars due to their lack of enforcement of their mask mandate.
