Called regarding transfer of prescriptions. "Boy" on phone was not knowledgeable of medications and I asked to speak with pharmacist. Instead he attempted to relay a message, and the Pharmacist who is obviously not looking for business did not call to confirm with my physician and had no interest in filling medications I've been taking for 20 years. Absolutely the worst service I've encountered in a health care situation. Would never recommend or shop here.Zero stars. Looks like this is a consistent issue.

Today I called 7 Publix pharmacies looking for a specific drug. Technician , Todd, could not have been any more rude and unhelpful!! Other Publix pharmacies got the dob and name and were able to give me the bad news that the drug was not in stock. Apparently, Todd didn't want to be bothered!

The parking is a nightmare here but Brooklyn the cashier completely turned my day around with her kindness. She was so nice and friendly and despite the terrible parking I will be back!

Publix sent me a birthday gift for a complimentary bakery item. We stopped by this Publix location @ East Hill & as a family decided on the limited edition "Cranberry Pecan Orange" iced bar cake. It was fabulous. Thank you, Publix. You just won our families business for sure!

Beware of on sale signage. They are tricky and will get you at checkout. Today was the 3rd time signs misplaced and/or misleading.

I have the best pharmacy in the world. The speed of my pharmacy and the caring nature he shows me is so refreshing. Blake you go above and beyond your job. You accomplish so much in so little time. Thank you for your help and the best part of my day is seeing your beautiful smile and watching how you work so efficiently for myself and the others who come wait in line. Thank you for being my reliable and friendly pharmacist! Everytime. Corporate give him a raise. I never expected the speed and the best part is he treats me with so much respect. Sincerely

I've only been in the area for a week but this location sticks true to the Publix name! Clean establishment, fair prices, and great service. I took home a rotisserie chicken and some sides and I had no issues.

The lady pharmacist is unhelpful and rude every time I come in or call. I was switching pharmacies to be more convenient to where I live but after the past several interactions I've had with her I'd prefer to go out of my way to not deal with her and actually be taken care of.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them.I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that manner and I give it five stars.

They go to lunch at 2pm but apparently stop answering the phone at 1:45. no message, no voicemail, the phone just keeps ringing forever.revising my review: when I called back, I found out that they only staff 1 pharmacist to work completely by themself (no techs). how is that in the best interest of public safety and customer service? Publix, do better.

Would like to thank Bree for helping a disabled veteran! Being new to the community she help me get stared with saving at Publix by explaining how to sign up for the rewards.had to carts of food to take To my car and with out hesitation she grab the other cart and help me take it and put it in my car!! With that kindness I well be doing all of my shopping there!!!!! Thank you again Bree looking forward to seeing you again! Tom r

Please for the love of cleanliness and sanitation, oversee that your deli workers are following the rules of glove use, including glove change and length of wear. I am so tired of going to the deli for sandwich meat and being disgusted by how dirty the person's gloves are or how old and used they appear. Change your gloves! What is so hard about complying with rules? Then when I've asked workers for a glove change, they get an attitude! I stood there and watched this man's fingers, touch the worker's gloves while exchanging the package of sliced meat. I approached the counter and she just proceeded to ask what can she get for me, rather than taking 10 seconds to change her gloves. I asked for a glove change and she got an attitude. Ridiculous. I don't know the lady's name but she was the ONLY once that I've ever encountered who followed the protocols. After serving another lady, she CHANGED HER GLOVES before serving me. I commended and praised her because THAT is what each worker SHOULD be doing. I used to trust and praise Publix for being so clean and sanitary but not anymore.

All of the pharmacy staff at this Publix have been accommodating and friendly - despite most of the time being rushed off their feet!Last year when folks were evacuating for Hurricane Sally, I watched them race through to fill so many prescriptions. They were concerned people would be leaving town without their necessary medication.That is truly excellent customer service!
