Ordered a Publix deli sub 45 mins ahead of time. Arrive at Publix 10 minutes after my order pickup window. They hadn't even started making the sandwich yet. Inexcusably terrible management. Thanks for wasting my lunch break

Walked up to the Deli with no one in line and was told it would be a few minute which was fine. Waited a bit and then was told I should probably go walk around and shop because they were too busy with Togo orders to help me. Won't return, I only work in Pensacola, plenty of other places to eat.

I went to the Publix on gulf breeze parkway and was blown away by the great pieces, deals, and selection of groceries. The cashiers were very helpful and gave me recommendations to do around town. I only wish I had a Publix in California near me!

This is a very nice Publix. On Friday I had a Covid shot appointment at Walgreens, however, when I got there they said they couldn't give any shots as there system was down. I got home and called Publix as I have had nothing but problems with Walgreens. I spoke to an employee in the Publix Pharmacy at around 1 p.m. She said I could not come in and get the covid shot everything was done by appointment online. I told her how the guy that does my hair on 9th Avenue was able to contact the Publix on 9th Avenue and they called him and said they had a cancellation. The employee at Publix said they don't do that there and I should drive to 9th Avenue as they were busy. The next day, Saturday I went to Publix at my appointment time and saw this couple completing paperwork to get the covid shot. I asked the Pharmacy employee about that and told her I was told you had to do all appointments online. She said no you can walk in. That's not what I was told Friday. I would have preferred to go on Friday since I was already out. Respectfully, this is a nice Publix but you can't believe what employees tell you there. Depending on who you talk to in the Pharmacy their operating practices differ depending on the day. I want to add all employees I was in contact with at the Pharmacy on Saturday were very nice and professional.

STORE MANAGER EXTREMELY RUDE! Ask him about Pet Fresh dog food. Said do not carry and even though had room would not carry! Then turned and walked away. VERY VERY RUDE! I have no idea if he is still working there as have never been there since! Do not need that in my life.

Kind of annoying to order a sub then told "Shrimp is hard. Do you just want extra turkey?". No, I want the sub I ordered. and then not even attempt to make it. So, I left the store with nothing; and with no time to get food anywhere else on my break.

The actual store is 4 stars，but the pharmacy there ALWAYS forget to order the medication after the customer was being told that they WILL order them. Bad idea to go to THAT pharmacy there if you have bit more serious medication issue.

Plenty of vegan options available for purchase including mock meats, non dairy alternatives, and a deli with a vegan garlic and herb sub that comes with tofu crumbles and vegan ranch.
