If you ever plan on working here. don't. the manager is terrible at doing her job. The boss will do nothing in situations. And goodluck working because everyone including the MANAGER likes to sit in the back when there is help needed up front. if you love drama , this will be your perfect place to work❤️

Brought in tons of name brand clothes with tags and the employees who helped me were rude and said the clothes were stained and too used to accept. The bags were not even looked through when they returned them to me.

Travelled from Canada and came across this thrift store. I'd like to call it thiftbrands for a discount!! I was so impressed by all the brands they had for sale at a very good price. I picked up a Michael Kors purse in great used condition for $25 and a pair of retro Jordans for $80. I was a happy girl leaving this store.

I tried to sell my new never used clothes here (with tags) and some even came from Italy since I was living there and they young female did not even acknowledge them. If you would have someone check clothes that people are trying to sell, please make sure that person has a good sense of taste.

I don’t write reviews, but when I walked in, the girl asking if I was selling had the nastiest attitude. She had an attitude before I even opened my mouth. She rolled her eyes when she saw my one basket of clothes. The whole interaction she made it known that she was annoyed by me selling my clothes. When I came back to receive my payment for the clothes, her tone of voice was completely different while interacting w/ her coworker. It’s like the workers choose to put on a nasty demeanor just when interacting w/ customers. The girl that gave me the money for my clothes was very sweet though!!

I was debating writing this review or not for awhile, I used to shop here pretty often and i’ve been going less and less because i’ve noticed a decline in the store. The last few times i’ve been there it’s been difficult to get help and when i can find an employee to help me they seem to be annoyed they have a job to do. Multiple times over my last few visits i’ve gone to checkout with girls behind the counter and waited at the register for 5 minutes or more even after trying to wave somebody down once. I’ve lost hope for this store and its management. No employee looks to be out of high school and it reflects in how the store is ran.
