“Watch the sale signs. The was one over the enrich life Apple sticks saying 50% off for VIP members. The sign also said they were $4.49 or something in that range. They rang up $5.99 and I was told these enrich life were not considered chews, but they are because the animals literally chew them. The sign said all oxbow enrich life small animal. So definitely false advertising.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable. The only place in town that carries the "black bag" dog food and the price is very reasonable.I also used them for all of shots when we had a littler of puppies. WAY cheaper than going to the vet and they explain simply how to do everything.”

“I love this store I recently entered this location a few months ago when I decided to raise my own chickens for the first time. The staff is awesome! I was so lost on what I needed to provide care to my new babies. The lady at the register was darling . She helped me so much and I was truly grateful. And if she couldn't figure it out she would ask one of their very loyal customers for the answers..She made sure that she didn't stir me wrong. LOL. Tractor Supply I came in so confused and left with the biggest smile And everything that I needed at great pricings ????”

“We took 3 stray young cats, 1 being pregnant to this facility today and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They checked each one for worms, etc and took exray of the pregnant cat and saw 4 maybe 5 kittens coming! They arranged for a foster home for the pregnant cat. We were very satisfied with their staff and will recommend them to anyone! Thank you Pensacola Humaine Society for helping us out.”

“I feel that PetLand is one of the better Pet Stores in the area. The employees are friendly & outgoing individuals ! They do try to help customers as fast as they can come through the doors !Most are eager to help !I will say , the many employees have superb knowledge of the individual animals & their needs, as being a new pet for eager visitors. But, there are some who may confuse their learned wisdom in trying to help people w/the particular animal they may be interested in purchasing. I certainly don't think I have the ability to run a pet store. But, maybe, it would be a nice idea for Management to offer knowledge to people interested in making a purchase of a new pet. I think it would make facts about a new pet & the obligations of ownership to be taken into consideration for the sake of the animals.A manager could make sure the correct information was given about said animal, the would be "new pet". I would think that would be part of the "sale"! After all, these are young people are trying to make a sale, a good impression, a good employee, & ultimately, sure an animal gets a good home ! Right ?I would like to see management back up these younger guys. And since this is a business, don't they care what happens to the animals. Are they not making money w/each sale of an animal ? Do they want the animal to die or be mistreated, cause someone gave wrong information to the customer ? The customer may do everything they were informed of for the new pet. Oops, someone forgot to mention the reptile purchased only eats tomatoes ! I know this is not true ! I am making use of this as an example, easy to comprehend ! If the salesperson was confused or unknowingly gave wrong information or said whatever came to mind, not to risk embarrassment in front of a customer, what happens to the animal ? The business makes money off these creatures. I would like to think the $5,000, collected for 1-puppy would make it worth management's time, to check behind their employees. I mean, they do want the animals to live, after they're purchased & they do not want them to starve or get sick or something worse ! I'm just wondering ! Is only the profit the concern of the business ? I would hope, some sense of concern might arise for the animal !Just pointing out a fatal flaw, I realized before it was fatal for my animal.”
