the worst bank I’ve ever had the insufferable services at. Had a worker who did not want to do her job pretend to ask me identity questions and then cut the call because she claimed I didn’t answer them accurately when she never even asked anything in the first place 2 minutes into the call. Another incident is then sending me a reissuing of the same card when I clearly stated I needed an entirely new card because of fraudulent activity. Now I have to wait close to a month total because of some dumb rep’s Mistakes just to have a new debit card. Take your money and go to another bank with better organization and services because penair will never be it

I love this location. The people are friendly, helpful and get transactions process rapidly. Although being critical… customers congregate close to the door awaiting a teller, causing a bottle neck at the entrance.

Banking with Pen Air has been professional and very helpful when I need to take care any business of mine with them. Stacy and Haley has been truly helpful when I need any assistance. The upgrades to the company is amazing.

I've never been to bank that the drive-thru has like 3 or 4ATMs that you could literally drive thru! And in this ATM you could choose to withdraw in increments of $5 instead of $20. I was able to get out $50 not just $40 or $60

You need to open the downtown branch back up. Also if you could get your employees a check scanner that works, that would be helpful also.

We usually do business at another branch, but we came in to cash in a CD to buy a car. We were treated very rudely and spoken to condescendingly. She actually told my husband she didn’t like his “body language”. I’ll never do business there again.

I went to the atm and the atm acted as if they was going give me my money but said I needed to call the bank but said I withdrawed money on the app . But everybody who pulled up. Behind me couldn’t withdraw money . Idk if it ran out but I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with somebody about it . Which is aggravating because what if I really needed the money . I hate this bank

The worst credit union ever. Closes people account behind there back with no explanation. Confiscates people money in there savings account so you can pay your bills.
