I HATE SHANE AND THE REST OF HIS STAFF! Their customer service and shoe selection is just too good ! It’s cool to be great at something but when your the best it’s just obnoxious! I’ve seen so many people try to do what Panhandle Kicks has done and never have the success that they have had but when you wake up and piss excellence like Shane and his group of enthusiastic sales people do you have no choice but to win in life! If I could give them 10 stars, I would !!! Their customer service is superb. Their selection is nothing less than the best you will find in the panhandle and they always give you that hometown feel! They go way out of their way to make you feel like family there. It is just so obnoxious. If you wanna have a great shopping experience with a wide selection of shoes, you can’t find anywhere else. I guess you should go here other than that stay clear of this place.

I honestly experienced the best customer service when going in this store! Very fair prices for a resale shop, some shoes were even under StockX and goat prices . They also had items that i can’t find anywhere else And i would much rather support a local business than a big corporate store! Panhandle kicks for the win!

This place has horrible service and the music is so loud all the time in the prices are extremely bad and even if you want to return something you can’t and even if you want to exchange it if there’s a little dirt on the bottom of your shoe you can’t do anything about it If I could give you 0 stars I would.
