They do always seem to help me. Usually by the time I'm having to come in, i have had it. They usually give me up to 3 options and I can say I have successfully fixed a lot of things on my car with their guidance.

Came in. Tested our battery and alternator. Told. Us they were both good. My girlfriend still wanted a battery so he installed it for us.
