Greeted by the Store Manager. Very friendly, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and informative. Provided the best value for my purchase. Store neat, clean and shelves were straightened and stocked. Only shop Office Depot!

I purchased a bookshelf last evening. Although I am pleased with the item and the sale price, l was not pleased with the young man who helped us. He was totally disengaged and hardly spoke. He wheeled the bookcase to the car let my husband put it in the trunk and walked away. He did mutter: “Have a nice evening.” However, his entire demeanor was rude. I was very disappointed in his customer service. His behavior was in direct contrast to my previous experience at Office Depot.

Print job not done on time, never notified it was completed, rude personnel when I called to ask about it. I'll find another place to do printing.

I wanted to express my appreciation to Hannah for being so helpful. I was trying to order a foam mounted poster online from my home in Austin to pick up at the Pensacola store. I called twice for assistance and Hannah patiently guided me through the process. The second time I called was just as the store was closing but she continued to help me by answering all my questions. Much appreciated!
