I accidentally ordered a print job (spiral bound training manual) online, and after I had paid, it stated that it was going to be delivered in one week. I needed it the next day. So I called the store and spoke with Hannah, who went above and beyond to figure out how to get the order to the local store so she could print it for me and I could pick it up the same night. Hannah went above and beyond with her customer service, which I truly appreciated!!!! When I arrived, the document did not have a back to it, and she took five minutes to add that for me with " it won't be a problem at all." Thanks Hannah!

Jason was extremely helpful! I appreciate his attention to what I was looking for and making suggestions for a better computer choice for what I needed it for and showing me how to save money on my ink size choice. Thanks Jason for all your help!

Bought a epson printer expecting it to be able to print. Immediately ran into error codes. Called epsom to try and work through the codes. Got temporary fixes but the same error code populated. After 2 months of back and forth with epsom decided to return product and get a printer that actually prints. Office depot won't take printer back. Operations manager told us that if we brought the printer back last week, they would have been able to take it but now they are "cracking down" on returns.... No matter what issues customers run into. Told us to come back tomorrow and talk to his supervisor. As much as i'd love to lug this paperweight across town 30+ minutes to have your manager tell me the same thing.. not going to happen. Office depot is a terrible company and is obviously struggling. My advice is to order office supplies online or from stores like walmart... where they actually take broken items back. My advice to the manager is to take care of people instead of a company that doesn't care about you. Poor policies and poor customer service.

Terrible customer service and tech return policy. Was told if we came a week ago they would've been able to give us store credit on our worthless rosin printer but because of new crack downs they would not be able to help us this week. Issues didn't start until after the short 14 day return policy window. Stuck with a $400 printer that doesn't work properly because neither Eason or Office Depot wants to do the right thing and take care of their customers. Shameful. Will also be putting in a BBB complaint.

I always enjoy come in at Office Depot just because I've worked here and I know the inns and outs of this place but of course so many things have changed since I last worked here. Ever since working here I am always excited for people to greet you when they first walk in I'm always excited to see the store very clean and stuff being easily pleased back where it belongs and everything just being clean and easy to find. The staff is always very helpful they are always around when you need them in it's always the same feel no matter what store you go into and that's another thing that I love I wouldn't wanna go into one store and he feels different than the last time I've been here. The computers are evenly priced here this is where I got my computer from and I still have it and it's still in good condition and I would recommend anybody to get a computer or a laptop here. I also got business cards done here for my business and I love the turn out

I had an ok experience. I didn’t really receive any assistance,but I was more disappointed they just didn’t have a wide selection on certain things I needed. But I do think likely covid is keeping the shelves dry as it is everywhere else.
