Dr. Russel and our vet tech Brooke were so sweet to my precious little baby Mila! They both took their time to fully explain everything to me and made me and my doggie feel very special and taken care of! I would highly recommend using this vet!!!!

Highly recommend. Throughout my animal's life they gave us great care, and when it was unfortunately time to make the most dreaded decision, they were compassionate and caring through the entire process. We appreciate everyone in this office for going above and beyond in this difficult time for us.

I’m honestly considering having this office become my pup’s primary vet.
Our vet was out sick and we went to another animal hospital. When it was found my dog had a blockage in his small intestine, they called around and found that Navy Blvd was able to take us and perform surgery that day. Dr. Mayti has been so amazing. He even called on Sunday night just to check in on my dog. At our last visit he asked me to keep in touch to give him an update in a couple weeks. The doctors and staff here are wonderful and obviously care about our pets tremendously.

I can't say enough nice things about this group. Twice they have fit us in with doggie emergencies (we visit Pensacola frequently with our old dog in tow). Twice we have left there better than when we came in. Capable, caring staff. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t immediately help me, but were very helpful in referring me to other clinics that could help. Very pleased with these professionals.

Just relocated to Pensacola a couple of months ago and were on the lookout for a local vet for our Golden Doodle. Thankfully, we stumbled upon Navy Boulevard Animal Hospital! Dr. Charlie Matyi and his assistant provided exceptional consultation and service for Brownie's yearly ear infection. They offered hands-on guidance on preventive measures to avoid future occurrences. The team exhibited immense kindness, care, and expertise. Overall, a stellar 5-star experience!

i really hate to make a negative review, but if you want someone who appreciates your business and respects you and your fur babies, please go somewhere else. it took weeks to get them to just pick up their phone and then today (2/13) they called me and left a voicemail to tell me not to feed my cat after midnight because he has a grooming appointment at 8:15 AM (2/14). they then called me back a few hours later to then inform me that the groomer is no longer able to take my cat tomorrow and would have to push my appointment all the way until march. at arrival for the appointment with my cat to get his vaccines, nobody was at the front desk and we sat waiting for someone to come greet us. then during the appointment, the vet nearly forgot to even listen to his heart & then when i said he would go into the kennel on his own she proceeded to shove him forcefully into the kennel. i ignored that because I didn’t feel like causing an issue and just wanted to leave. we are going to take our business elsewhere even if it means paying double. at least then i might be respected as a customer.

While I was originally upset about this visit, I reconsidered and know that they did all they could to help our cat. My original post was totally inappropriate.

Navy Blvd Animal Hosp is a caring, compassionate facility. They give excellent care. I have used them since 1971. It was then owned and operated by Dr Owen. I have used other vets but have always come back to themThey will always be my first choice from now on.

Navy Boulevard, Animal Hospital put a splint on my black labs rear leg due to a hairline fracture. After three weeks of the leg being completely wrapped, started noticing a very bad smell. We had a re-wrapped and again re-wrapped and the smell continue to get worse. I removed the splint, after two days of a news wrap being put on his leg and was shocked to see my dogs foot nasty raw with open sores. Obviously, due to being wrapped the way it was with no air getting to his foot. He's no longer going to go to that vet for anything and I don't know why they call it a hospital anyways. They let the pain medication run out, but gave him plenty of antibiotics for his open wounds. They told me he Peed on his foot is why it smells so bad. Not true. This lab does not P on his rear foot. Think about it. He pees forward not backwards.

I was military and the last time they saw my pet was over 6 years ago, and they were able to email me the records at a moments notice! Great Customer Service!
