Went to get a fill Wednesday morning and the lady that sits in front of sink at the end table has a horrible attitude so don’t go to her. She told me she would not do my nails because I asked do they have glitter powder and she said she doesn’t have patience got up and walked away. I’ve been coming to this place for years and will never return again! That lady will have this place loose a lot of business. I’ve seen other reviewers have the same issue even if you ask her to fix a nail. They won’t get any more of my money!

First time going here. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. Customer service is sweet and friendly. They also did a great job waxing my eyebrows. No complaints, I will be back.

I have gone to Nails Envy several times right now and every time the staff service has been so welcoming and friendly. This is the main reason why I keep coming back. Mr Davis (Pictures attached of his work) has done my nails a few times now actually and every time I show him a picture of my idea and he definitely delivers and adds his own flair. I really enjoy his style and he is very nice and accommodating. You really can't go wrong with any other technician there. They are all fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to this nail salon for a couple years. I usually never leave reviews for places, but this morning I had the worst encounter I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I went in to get my nails redone from the day prior because I was not satisfied with how my nails turned out. I spent $60 on my nails and I felt as though the nails that I got were not worth that much. I was not rude at all and came in willing to pay whatever I had to pay to get them redone. LINH refused to do my nails again and told me that I was “rude” and “blaming” her for the outcome of my nails. Another short older gentleman then proceeded to tell me to leave the shop. I spent 5 minutes trying to reconcile and express that I just wanted my nails redone and I was not satisfied (not to mention that I stated multiple times that I was not trying to come off as rude). I will not be returning, this is not how you do service. If I could leave 0/5 stars, I would.

My toes were so not cute and I tired to talk to the owner and the employee about it and she talking about ain’t nothing she can do but talk to the person that did it, after she cut my toe nail down to far and didn’t want to fits it or refunded me my money back. Bad services and business management, pay to much for your toes to look worse then when you went in..and want to act like she don’t speck English when you telling her what’s the problem

Horrible service, management, nail techs. Rude people that want to contradict everything you say. Then when you point out something they did not do but yet charged you for they will lie and the management will back them up. Unless you have a recommendation of someone there that is good I would not Chance walking in and expecting a good experience. This place used to be an excellent salon years ago but has definitely gone downhill. Yet they still charge top dollar for services they don't even perform, like trimming cuticles or using lotion on your hands and arms. HORRIBLE. Stay away. With Vietnamese nail salons everywhere (one every half block) there are too many good ones to waste your money here.

I came in to the salon and showed a picture reference of what I wanted. Mr. Davis did an amazing job on my nails and the attention to Detail was amazing.he went above and beyond on all of my nails sets but this one has to of been over all the BEST he has done for me. He free handed every little detail on my nails down the little bitty lines. 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you Mr. Davis for your hard work you did and always do such an amazing job.
