Had great customer service! Came in with some issues to work out on our feet and Misty was incredibly helpful. We found a couple of pairs of shoes . She gave us several to choose from and let us experience them. Not cheap but worth it for your feet!

I just bought my new pair of sneakers at Running Wild. I love the care and time the salesperson takes to ensure your walking out with your ideal shoe. When I took my shoes out for my first power walk, the next morning, I felt close to the way I felt when I was a kid with new sneakers.

Yes yes, and another yes. Best service in town, super knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about running. Felt like a king coming and and having the staff DYING to bring out shoes for me to try! I tried on like 10 pairs! Each time I gave feedback and was brought another shoe even better than the last. Sent 5 of my personal friends here who all ended up buying shoes. The service speaks for itself. If you need running attire LOOK NO FURTHER!

This was an amazing store! Amazing selection of anything you may need for running. Hats glasses amazing selection of clothing staff was nice and super helpful. I Was greeted first step through the door and helped with any questions I had. I was helped by a nice gentleman by the name of Tod. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for great running gear.

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. You never get the vibe that they don't want to be there and deal with the public. Answering all your questions. If you are new to running or not I recommend Running wild for your running needs.

Absolutely loved this place and will be returning. I am new to long distance runs and had no clue what to look for in running shoes. The staff was AMAZING. Sized me and gave me a handful of recommendations. I tried on over 5 different pairs and the staff was very accommodating the entire time. They did not push a certain brand or price point on to me and let me pick which brands were most comfortable without their heavy influence. If you are experienced or new to running, Running Wild will not disappoint. I will see you all in 6 months when I grab a new pair!

In a present world of people filled with complaints and unhappiness this store is a beacon of hope. It's been a while since I've ran into a stores culture where the people working there not only live their jobs but are passionate about what they do. Michele KILLED it with assisting me in dialing in my issues all while my two year old ran around like the wild feral toddler that she is. My only complaint is with myself that I didn't catch the name of the other wonderful sales associate who took the time to entertain my daughter while I was intensively assisted with how I could take my running to the next level. Thank you to her whom gave my daughter a wonderful experience while I was being helped. The fact that the customer service alone made my experience 5 star BEFORE the great experience I received with what the store actually focused on speaks for itself. Without a doubt the best experience I've had in Pensacola to this date. If you have any interest in this sport and haven't swung by this shop then you're doing yourself a disservice. Well done and thank you.

What an amazing experience! My husband and I went in looking for running shoes. We really had no idea what we were looking for, but knew what issues we have with our running. They were fairly busy for an early Friday afternoon, but everyone was being taken care of as soon as possible. They acknowledged that they saw people waiting and said they would be with them shortly. Even for being busy, I didn't hear anyone being rushed. One lady took quite some time, tried on a few shoes, but then ended up saying she wasn't ready to get shoes today. The person helping her was super awesome about it, no pressure, no big deal. I loved it. Mackenzie asked us what we were looking for and as we explained where we had challenges, she was great at asking questions to make sure she understood. She had us walk so she could see if we pronated, etc. Mackenzie brought out several different brands, with different drop levels. She was so incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time she spent helping pick the right running shoe. First time coming here, but will absolutely come back!

The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful! They explained to me what type of shoes and gear would work best for my body and running goals, and are now a staple in helping me achieve my running goals. Every pair of running shoes I buy now will be from these guys!
