“We were told that if they finished before the allotted time we would receive a credit for the time. They finished well before the time but no refund was ever issued.
The driver had an extremely hard time backing in our driveway from the main road

*I'm editing my review to say that I was contacted this morning from the company and I was informed of an error in receiving the credit i was due. I was assured that I would be receiving my credit due. In saying that, I appreciate the fact that they owned up to the mistake and are rectifying the error.
*I'm editing my review AGAIN to say that I still have not received my refund that I was told I would be receiving. I would expect that I would have already received at least a response by now”

“We used UPack to move our daughter from Pensacola, FL to Irvine, CA for grad school, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the UPack moving experience. We used one Relo Cube for her belongings and while it was a bit pricey, it would've been equally (or more) expensive to rent a UHaul, especially with gas prices as high as they are. Plus, we didn't have the headache of driving a big truck or cargo van and worrying about it getting broken into each night along the way.As for U-Pack, the website was very user-friendly, the customer service representative that I spoke with on the phone was so polite and helpful, the dispatch offices on both ends answered their phones quickly and kept to the schedule, and the truck drivers/forklift operators were friendly, professional, and careful with our belongings. We also received regular text messages updating us on the status of our move. Since we were on a tight schedule, we paid extra to be guaranteed a specific delivery date, and that worked out just as planned.I'm convinced that UPack is the BEST way to do a cross country move.”
“This company is easy to work with. Jennifer came out and quickly assessed how many boxes we would need to move north. Was very friendly and efficient. She and Sue set up everything and jumped thru hoops when closing date was changed and new house wasn't ready. I called in a panic and both ladies worked hard and got it changed quickly which saved a lot of stress!! When we got here the house was not ready so they called Randy the driver, (friendly, calm and very helpful) to switch delivery places. To watch Randy get that semi into the storage unit was something to see!! His two helpers here in NC were awesome also. The truck couldn't fit all the way to the door of storage so they had to shlep all the boxes and furniture a good distance to the unit. Everyone smiled and was friendly even working in those conditions. I would recommend this company and Mayflower for any move. They checked up on the move almost daily. Fixed problems quickly and made a stressful task into a wonderful experience!!”

“Moved from Boulder City, NV to Pensacola, FL.
Aside from a few boxes ending up wet somehow, UPACK was definitely a great choice. I am definitely glad I didn’t have the relocube stored somewhere for a period of time because I probably would’ve had a moldy situation.
They dropped off the cubes , picked them up, and delivered them quickly. Was great to not have been fed a low moving quote and then up charged like crazy on the day of like I have heard many stories from other moving companies.
The relocube fit a very good amount of stuff in comparison to what I was thinking it was going to fit. My kids are glad their toys and things showed up pretty quick. Which was another major plus in comparison to other moving companies month or more time and Often missing items.
Overall, I would highly recommend UPACK to all.”

Though a bit disappointed because 2 of our items were missing but able to file a claim ( Jacob Hulvey helpful) , still waiting for result of claim . We’ve used Van Lines in 2 other moves from state to another state. Will use them again !”
“I stored my household goods for over 10 years in a Pod in Pensacola and there was no damage (dry rot, water damage, rodent damage, etc.). Everything was exactly as when we put it into the Pod. The Pensacola Pods staff was outstanding, providing exceptional support when we transferred our household goods to a U-haul.”
