“No idea why the back of phone was coming off. I go in one of the owners looks at it says I'll be right back. True to his word he is back and ask is the phone over 2.5 years old because while there i might want to consider a battery replacement, I said it's only 1.5 years old and he tells me you don't need a battery then. He did not try to over sell he was honest replied my phone for less than expected. On top of it all it's a veteran owned business that clean, welcoming and honest. I can't say enough good about the business.”

“I had to come in to fix an account glitch on 11/1/25 and Chris was on a solo shift. I was the 9th customer in the room at the time and didn’t mind waiting since there was just one working. Chris had other plans. Not only was he setting up what looked like 5 separate phones, answering questions, AND got on the phone with ear shoulder so he can help me and keep his hands free for everyone else. That badass needs a raise. Also, as a bonus, fix his jeep as a thank you to that man Version.”

“Called 40ish minutes prior to closing, was having issues with porting my phone from Simple Mobile to Visible. Explained the circumstances and my intent to swing by the following day (again they were close to closing within the hour). Not only did Gavin say he could navigate the mess that Visible created but he told me to swing by even though they were closing soon and that he would personally stay after just to get my issue sorted (hadn't had a working phone in 36 hours). True to his word he helped me out big time and had a positive attitude the whole way through. Cannot thank Gavin and the team at the store enough! 5 star service!”

From the moment I walked in, Cody was attentive and genuinely interested in understanding my needs. I was looking to upgrade my phone and switch to a different plan, and he patiently walked me through all the available options, explaining the pros and cons of each with clarity and precision. He didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, which I greatly appreciated.
What really stood out was Cody's knowledge and problem-solving skills. I had a few specific questions about data usage and international roaming, and he answered them all confidently, even pulling up detailed information on his computer to ensure I had the most accurate answers. He even helped me transfer all my data from my old phone to my new one, a task I usually find incredibly frustrating, with remarkable efficiency.

I have used several title companies and they seem to just slide the paper across the table and ask 1st time home buyers to just sign and by the end, they had no idea what was going on, no experience, but trusting whomever is pushing that piece of paper across the table.
