WARNING WARNING!!!!!Rude and unpleasant call locating a Agent that CLAIMED he worked at this location. Person answering the phone kept hanging up on me when I tried to explain the situation, she wouldn't respond and remained silent on the phone and kept hanging up until I called back and the ANDREW answered the phone and presented himself as someone else. Could hardly hear the person from the start of the call she was whispering not sure what SCAM WE GOTTEN OURSELVES INTO, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TO CONTINUE TO HANG UP AND WOULDN'T GET A SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE!!!!!
