Me and my husband currently have a policy and Micheal Johnson is our agent. We called to add another vehicle to our policy. Lettie was who assisted us with adding the vehicle. She was very thorough, kind, and had amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and we felt comfortable with the result. Representatives like Lettie are the reason we are insured with State Farm. She deserves a raise and I will be recommending Micheal Johnson as an agent because of Lettie’s superb customer service and attention to detail.

We are new to Florida and needed Florida insurance for vehicles. Staff made application and underwriting quick and effortless. For our 3 vehicles. Will probably bundle house and autos with them in near future. Staff very helpful kind and pleasant.

Will readily steer you to Citizens Insurance - the Florida insurer of last resort. No help at all and a waste of valuable time. If your home is older than 2002 and your don't have mega bucks in wind mitigation upgrades you're out of luck.
