Wow againš Iām sitting in the parking lot of the Lillian Hwy, Pensacola Florida, location and bad customer service again. What is going on with the
employees? I came here in search getting help for upgrades, I walked in the store and the sale rep never acknowledged me, I accepted the fact she she appeared to be in personal conversation with someone in front of her but at least say something to a customer such, āhello, Iāll be with you in momentā my mother and looked around the store for a while, then sat down and still nothing from the rep, so we walked out. This is making me feel like I may need to switch carriers.

Manny was my customer service rep at this location. Was very complete and productive and phenomenal approach to problem solving my phone situation. I recommend Manny and this location very highly to anyone that has metro services. On a scale of 1 to 10 10 being perfect Manny was a 100,000 % phenomenally amazing in every direction of my phone problems and situation. Great employee great service great store great company.

April was professional, patient and extremely helpful. Kuodos to the location staff and everything they do.Unfortunately, after 6 hours of various agents via phone, nobody from Metro could port my number properly or at all from my previous carrier. I have to have phone service, so unfortunately, since they cannot do a simple number port, I will be going elsewhere and returning the phone I cannot use.Update:Here we are 730 at night from 9am, Metro still cannot grasp how to port a telephone number. Rating high for April, negative 5 for Metro. What's the the point of the the discounts if you can't handle porting 1 phone number and the customer cannot receive calls????"Wait time less than 31 seconds", up to an hour per call, worse than the VA, and you always get at least a person within 32 minutes....or a call back . Maybe Metro called back, but they never ported the number properly, so who knows.They can't port numbers from other service providers, obviously...don't waste your time or money like I did. Just forget it....and nothing that's adverted is available.Like, zero iPhones unless you can purchase the high the end ones. Same with their "free phones", never available. I wonder if those port properly? Probably not.'Merica.

No hello no welcome!! Get out you don't have a mask was his first words.I was going to spend 2,000 for mothers day and got kick out. No phones and will do no business with rude people. Train you staff to be polite ,and no masks allowed buy some for your customers. The government took all restriction already!! I usually call but no manager I hate leaving a bad review but that rude guy needs training on how to speak to people.

Yeah the people in there are pretty smart they usually get you in and out pretty quick so and a happy people some of the places you going to be playing happy you can tell by their attitude then you got no attitude
