Unfortunately I’ve had to make the hard decision to leave Allstate after 24 years. The service and follow up from this office along with hefty price increases have left me with no choice. I did call three days ago to give this office an opportunity to see what they could do and review my policy. I spoke to someone who told me they would call back…I’m still waiting for that phone call. Don’t let these positive reviews sway you. If you are looking for Allstate coverage I would highly recommend using a different location.

My friend Tanya recommended this agent. She's incredibly happy with her. I have threatened my current agency that if they can't maintain my satisfaction I will be switching to Ms. Keener. Not only does she call back but she has great follow through and follow up.

Sheryl Servando, who works for this company, is extremely unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful. I had to contact her to complete a simple, common task as the agent of a policy I am on and she acted as if she had never heard of the service and then when she found out how to do it still insisted she couldn't include the full name and phone number of the company. I've had this done so many times with different companies and it has never been a problem. Her attitude was as if I was bothering her. I definitely would not recommend this agency to ANYONE!

I think they’re great especially Melissa Keener. She’s informative and very nice. She explained the different policies very well, a person can say 3rd grade level. Which was very important for me. I look forward to continuing my insurance with them/her.

Melissa & her team are AWESOME! They have saved us money with better coverage to suit our needs for auto, residential and commercial properties. They have access to products outside of Allstate to serve their customers needs. We have consolidated all of our insurance needs over the years to them. A definite one stop shop for all insurance needs. They get top rating from us. Thank you, Melissa & team for taking such good care of us.
