Don't recommend mediacom services to anyone, service is unreliable, said I had a dead tap last week and no service for days, fixed and now a week later they tell me I have a dead tap again, service tech has been out twice, they put in a maintenance order and now going on day 3 with no service, gave 1 star only cause I had to pick one should be 0 stars

This business deserves no stars. Worst cable we ever had. Internet service is horrible. Slow and glitchy. Prices are through the roof. We lived in Virginia Beach and San Diego before we came here. We didn't realize how good we had it until we got to Pensacola and found the lack of choices and poor service and high prices everywhere you go here. Mediacom is awful.

This place is never open and has the worst service. Called and they were like well we only have one person and if they are off we don't open. This is on a military installation where people get orders to leave daily and have to drop off equipment. The next closest store is over 50 min away. I tried dropping off 3x this week. They decided to email me a label. This is proven to be difficult because now I have to go somewhere to print the label and then go to another location to mail a package which is also 20 min away. I have to leave the area per my orders tomorrow. I suggest any other options of Internet for people living on base as media comm is not military accommodating at this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company keeps increasing the rates while the service keeps going down. I have now been without tv for 4 days and it will be another 3 days before they can send someone out to look at the problem. Again. This company doesn't not care about you , only that you pay your bill. I am still being charged for services I can not access ! If you can get cable and or internet elsewhere I strongly suggest you do !!

Don't even understand how they are allowed to be in business still. Constantly having outages twice a day or every six days, and no explanation of why it keeps happening. It's been like this about 4 months since we signed up with them. Unfortunately I don't have any other choice of internet service in my area, so I'm currently stuck with them. Really can't believe they are getting away with this, and still allowed to be in business.

Pay for internet that IS ALWAYS DOWN.Accidentally forgot to pay our bill once and they physically came to shut off our internet (instead of doing remotely) and we had to pay a connection fee and the bill for the following month which totaled to $200 and then had to wait 5 days for them to be able to come out and turn it on and they came later that the time window we were given.This company is trash, the internet it trash even on a good day and if there was another option for our location we wouldn’t be using them.

No one is here, it is 12:25, I been here since 12 and lunch time for them supposed to be at 1pm. We are moving now and their hours are wrong. Now I have to wait for the label and wait till I get to the new station which will take a week. Horrible service

I didn’t leave a phone review. My installer did a great job yesterday, she worked through the bugs of installing in a old home. Everything works as it should.

3 years of pretty bad internet. It disconnects/reconnects at least once an hour. Once again, my bill has gone up. I would love to have cable & internet, you simply have zero options if there are children who play online video games. Your package speeds & limits are not realistic (unless your goal is to fleece your customers). If you weren't the only option where I live, I would cancel in a heartbeat.~~ I'll add, I lost internet 7 days ago to a storm. My appointment on Tuesday could not fix it, I had a 12 hour window yesterday. No call, No show. Who actually thinks that is the way to treat someone who is paying for your services? I'm told I'm in another 12 hour window which may or may not happen & it might get pushed back another day. Shame on you for not valuing my time or money.

they tricked me into a 3 month promotion for there "360" they acted like it was an internet service but it was just two routers that would normally cost 10 bucks a month just to rent. can do anything about there price either cause don't have much options on base.

This place closed 10 minutes early when we were trying to drop off the Wi-Fi box. Mediacom has also bad customer service. I tried to get return labels through email but they kept shipping it to my old address even after telling them we don’t live there anymore. I asked if they can ship it to a different address and they said yes, so I provided them with a new one and the email we got just said it was shipped to my old address. The lady on the phone the next day was so rude. Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Returning this box has been such a big pain!

I have gone to the on base office twice to return their ineffective equipment and no one was there during their supposed open hours. They unfortunately are the only internet option on base here otherwise I'd use a different carrier.

This company does not care about their consumers in any way. After experiencing at least 10 outages that lasted a full day in 12 months, and losing my remote job because of the sporadic connection issues experienced, I turned to the social media team they beg customers to message. What I got was an answer that confirmed they're only interested in doing the bare minimum and capitalizing their profit. Find another provider that actually respects their customers.Should also mention - this same representative threatened to ban me from contacting them on social media for sharing what they stated.

Cant even get a permanent line installed still have a temporary line from the road to my house the send someone out in a van or pickup truck and they never have what they need to fix it what a joke
