When I first got my replacement machine everything went smooth I wanted to change from a nasal pillow when I ordered supplies and was required to get a whole new script! I was never told this when they called to reorder my supplies or anything only after waiting and nothing showing up did I find out I needed a whole new script. The staff on this call was rude and unprofessional even hanging up on me

Extremely disappointed in this company. My appointment was a total waste of time. I love my CPAP mask for my ResMed S9 machine, but the mask is no longer made. When the appointment was schedule to pick out a newer mask, I was told they had a "much larger selection of masks than at West Florida" (West Florida hospital is where I had my sleep studies done). First question they asked was the serial number of my CPAP machine. I asked why they needed the serial number of my machine when I wasn't there for a machine, I was there for a newer mask. Apparently a serial number is needed to process with insurance. I informed him that when the appointment was scheduled, they never told me to bring in the serial number of my CPAP. So, then he asks what kind of mask I have. I had brought mine - which I love - and he sighed and said "Oh, we don't make those anymore." I acknowledged that I knew that and that was the reason for the appointment to get a new mask. He then pointed at a table of mask types. I informed him that if that's there entire selection, they do NOT have more than West Florida, as those were the same type masks I tried there. Hi acknowledged that was all they had. I again informed him that I had already tried those and didn't like them. At this point I was getting furious. I had scheduled an appointment on the hope of a new mask to replace my old mask; and that I'd have a lot more options (because most of them now just go into the nostrils and I just cannot use those). I then terminated the meeting stating that I was never asked to bring in a serial number for insurance claims, and that if what they have on display is all they have, I wasn't interested and that it was just a waste of my time.I will never recommend this facility for home medical services. I feel deceived into an appointment that was going to provide me with results and it was just non-productive and a complete waste of time.

I have had such difficulty dealing with this company to re-order my cpap supplies. The website doesn't work correctly, as it doesn't show what you are eligible to reorder, so you have to call in. Then, the representatives don't seem to know the correct equipment you need. If you have the choice, do yourself a favor and use a different supply company.

I'd give a less star if possible. Had this CPAP almost a year and no supplies. They called once after 8 months and took an order never received any I called them back after a month and they canceled me... they have no concerns and no heart for anyone. I guess they would rather cancel than to send out supplies.. pretty lazy.

I am very unhappy with this company. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. I have been using the same CPAP supplies for nearly three years now because I can never get ahold of anyone to re-order supplies. The last time I called this local store, I was sent to a call center and was told that they would have someone from the local office contact me. I have yet to be contacted. I will be looking for a new supplier.

I've been using a hospital bed, with lifting bar and electric bed adapter to raise, lower and adjust laying position of the bed. Medi Home Care is great for getting you the equipment you need. Everything is clean and ready for delivery when you need it.

All the staff are down to earth. Never do I feel rushed or passed over. Another provider never called, cared, followed up or anything. Super with all my changes in masks and the ordering of my supplies without having to go 45/50 minute drive. 5 stars! And another 2 extra stars for Beverly!! A+

For more than 2 years I have obtained the supplies for my CPAP machine from this company. However, my experience has been less than satisfactory. There have been several problems with their billing practices. After receiving a bill for $45, paying it in full, and speaking with the manager back in October I thought everything was resolved. However, now they have sent a $16 charge to the credit bureau. I have attempted to call the manager; however, he is refusing to take my calls. Very poor business practices!!!! Go somewhere else.

Ray is awesome!! He helped to get my CPAP set up. Then he helped me go from one mask to another to another because I was having so many issues and he was seriously amazing while helping me out. Then I switched to a Bipap machine and he helped me set all that up! He made me so comfortable through the process. Then not long after he helped me carry out my cane and walker and load it into my vehicle. Ray rocks! He deserves a medal!!

We had a great visit here. They were quick and helpful. Needed a wheelchair for a family member. Facility was clean and faculty was great to work with.
