I was nervous about this because I had never done it before but the ladies in the store helped me return my package and assured me that it’s a pretty easy transaction. They also advised me that I can also do most of my Amazon returns myself in store and it’s super simple. I appreciate them making this transaction super easy but also for being so nice and informative. ?”

“The NEW owner is Great the Review Below was for the prvious owner. The new people treat everybody with respect and they help me when I have packages and thy have never said a word about my Service Dog except to open the door for me.
I was shipped an Amazom package with a label taped to it no box or packaging. I wanted to return the $18 item, and had a RFID code for a label. The Short little fat lady wanted $18 for a box, and stated "That's the way it had to be!" I called Amazon and an Amazon supervisor told me to put it it a trash bag, tape it up and give it to them with the RFID code. He also issuesd me a $20 Amazon credit and asked me to give them the email. The man with the "Man Bun" was arrogant, and wouldn't take the e-mail. This was suppsedly a "Veteran Owned Store", I'm sure the fat little lady "Knew" a lot of veterans but being "Veteran Owned" is a advertisement gimmick in Pensacola.

He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable as there was a steady stream of 5-7 people mainly returning items. The way he was managing the line and clearly working hard was above and beyond. I hope this level of hard work can be rewarded in some way. Keep crushing it John!”
