I usually never take the time to write reviews but the service I received from Jeffery Kohl in flooring was just so fantastic. He really took his time to help pick out carpet and padding. When it was time to go back and purchase, he was on a break but came back half way through the order. He remembered me right away and took over the order. I left the store forgetting the rebate paperwork and as I was going back in, he was calling me to tell me the same thing. Just very nice, knowledgeable and made the whole process painless. Because of Jeff, I'll be coming back next year when it's time to replace my hard wood flooring. Thank you Jeffery, you rock!

I purchased a new 5 element electric stove and it was delivered on Friday. When it was plugged in, it didn't work. I called Lowe's and they gave me a number to get it fixed. I was told they would have send out someone to fix. After five different numbers, I finally got the Lowe's store #28. I spoke to the store manager ( Curtis), I explained what happened and he told me to come and get a replacement stove. He said to ask for Chris ( manager in appliance Dept). He was very courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store. Everyone was very kind and very helpful.

The male staff is extremely rude and hateful to women and if you're young and pretty then they're all over her like a dog in heat but if you're older and you just want some help they're nowhere to be found and when you do they blow you off for the younger girls some of the women that work there are nice but some of them are just so run down that they have nothing but hate in their heart we won't be spending our money I was going to buy another brand new washer and dryer from them over the years I have spent tons of money for over 20 years but instead I went to Best buy I got my washer dryer pedestals insurance delivery and it was even $50 cheaper on each item plus my military discount the atmosphere was delightful too bad Lowe's need to get rid of that manager with the dark brown hair who's rude and hateful as well.When y'all lost Josh Richards that Lowe's went down to hell.

Very clean and well organized store. Professional service here. Good selection too. We also had a pickup from a competitor in the adjacent area. In comparison that pickup did not go very well. I have it on good word that locals already recognize and know which store is better. Overall Lowes has a very professionally organized and multi faceted approach to pickup services. I wont be going back to the "other" guy unless Lowes does not stock what Im looking for. The only reason we didn't use Lowes for our entire order was due to an in stock shortage.Urban CowgillOctober 2023

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply unsettling experience I had this morning August 26th, 2023 at the Lowe’s Home Improvement store located at777 W Nine Mile Rd., Pensacola, Florida. As a loyal Lowe’s customer and a member of the military, I am taken aback by what I believe was racial profiling.Upon arriving at the returns counter with vinyl plank flooring and a vinyl reducer, I began my interaction with an older lady who was assisting me. In the midst of this, another employee approached me, scanned my items without explanation, and walked away. As I tried to provide the required information for the return from my online purchase, a different lady approached me rudely, questioning my items. I was informed that special orders couldn’t be returned. Even after I clarified my intentions to exchange for the right product, she arbitrarily imposed a 10% restock fee without providing any reasoning.What was even more perplexing was being told moments later that out-of-state returns were not accepted. Upon checking Lowe’s online policies later, I found this statement to be untrue.What deeply concerns me is the stark contrast in treatment I received compared to the Caucasian customers after me. While I was met with resistance and inconsistency in policy enforcement, they experienced smooth returns without the mention of any restocking fees.I value businesses that uphold the principles of fairness, respect, and non-discrimination. It saddens me that my experience at this Lowe’s store seemed to deviate from these values. I urge you to investigate this incident, provide clarity on return policies to both customers and employees, and ensure no one else has to undergo a similar experience due to their race or any other factor.I would appreciate it if someone from your team could contact me. This here is definitely unacceptable and I will be going to corporate if nothing gets taken care of.
