This is a good Lowe's store well stocked and excellent people. BTW your Pro status is not worth much unless you spend at least $1500. Otherwise just 5% off

Update: this is still true. For the DIYer, and the professional, Lowe's has classes to teach you how to do it yourself, Lowe's has programs for the professional trades, small business women and men. Craftsman, DeWalt, Kolbalt, Metabo, Bosch, Diablo, Spyder, to name a few of the brands they carry. Plants and outdoor and garden furniture, storage and shelving, packing and shipping materials, pavers, landscaping, concrete, sheetrock, insulation, lighting and electrical, blinds and decor, paint sand caulk, plumbing, flooring and carpets and rugs, Millworks, windows, doors, trim and siding, flashing and roofing, HVAC, decking and plywood and lumber, screws, nails and fasteners, adhesives, truck and worksite secure storage and accessories, gas and electric lawnmower and lawn care equipment, irrigation, grills and griddles, hand and power tools, and more. They've been rearranging the stores lately, so it takes a bit of reorienting yourselves in order to find things, the landmarks changing makes navigating to your intended designation harder. Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to do that, but I'm pretty sure they do it so that you go places you didn't intend, on the off chance you'll buy something you didn't come for. Bah! Businesses...

My previous review was removed. That defeats the purpose of reviews.Chad at the 1201 Airport Blvd. I Pensacola, FL in Pensacola is an awful man. My yard tent was crushed, clearly a manufacturer defect. Chad suggested that my tent was hit by a tornado and Lowe's doesn't return Act of G-d tragedies. The Church, where I was a vendor, was very tolerant of my slowly self-destructing tent until Sunday. I understand this. The tent was a hot mess. The only way to remove it was to break it down.Chad, while he stood at parade rest and literally looked down his nose at me, immediately, without asking, assumed I did not buy the warranty and said it was too bad I didn't, told me it was a tornado that destroyed only my tent, in a sea of tents where half were the same make and model, and said "absolutely not" when I told him all I want was store credit so I can get another tent.Assistant Manager Chad at 1201 Airport Blvd. In Pensacola, FL is an awful person, who demonstrated poor customer service and is not interested in anyone but himself. In fact, he was glib about firing people who go into the parking lot while he was walking me to my car...in the parking lot.So here I sit badmouthing this man because awful people need to be put in their place. I have provided a picture of his employee badge and the address of the store he works at. I encourage you to visit Chad. While there, tell him who sent you. Please see the attached images. One is my tent before I broke it down, one is after and the 3rd is Chad's badge

We recently had the best experience working with the staff at Lowe’s. We are working on a big project and have never done anything like this before, but the experts in the flooring department Kevin and Greg have really helped us out. They went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of, had the right measurements, right material and helped beyond their job descriptions. Kept in constant contact with us, checked on us and never once steered us wrong. Customer service was exceptional. I recommend if you’re looking for help to go to these guys. Thank you Kevin and Greg!

My husband and I love to shop at Lowe's, on Airport Blvd., Pensacola. We spend hundreds $ a month there. Today I had trouble with one employee (unfortunately I didn't get her name) at the returns in the morning who was not very well informed or just didn't want to put any effort in helping me. Anyway, I had to go home and call Lowe's corp customer service to get help. I returned back in the evening and Shalitha, a young lady at the returns, was very helpful in solving my issue. I didn't tell her about my morning at the store but she spent time and put great effort to finally clear up the information and I, actually, ended up buying back my returned plant. I hope the management will take notice because hard working people make our day and keep companies running well.

Good service and friendly staff. The staff is always helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The store is always clean and organized. Everything is pretty easy to find, but if you need help with anything, an employee is usually close by ready to give assistance. Lowe's also gives a military discount which is nice.

Was able to pretty much find what I wanted and being military. I received a good price. Unfortunately, I had to go somewhere else for the pitcher plant I was looking for, and you waited quite a bit in line because there was only 1 person there handling the check out.
