Purchased a John Deere S130 on the 26th of May and was told delivery would be the 30th of May. Received email stating delivery had been changed to 31st and I would get a 4 hour window the night before. I did not receive such notice. I called stor to find out when it would be delivered. The first time, after quite awhile I was hung up on. The second time I called I was on hold for about 45 minutes, I ended the call and called again for the third time and finally talked to some who only told me it would be delivered between 8am and 8 pm today the 31st of May 2025.
This whole process is totally unacceptable.
My rating of this process from the start to waiting on delivery would have to be a 1 star with caviat of buyer beware.

I went to purchase a weed trimmer and it was $149.00 online and it said they had 2 in stock. But when I got there they had the 2 in stock but they were priced at $249.00... the salesperson verified they were the same model and the price was wrong on their website so they sold it to me for $149.00 ... Needless to say, I am very happy!

It’s impossible to get good advice on what products you need . Employees with guess rather than give honest educated advice .
If you question this, you are automatically labeled as a difficult customer. The manager will refuse service and doesn’t want to hear your side or improve service . “Ignorance is bliss”!

Cancelled paid for order without giving opportunity to pickup from different location or delivery…. missed sale opportunity today and tomorrow.. We will cancel credit card as well! Zero Communication from this store!

First, I'm a gold key member, I spend a lot of money here. I love the store, good deals, good prices, good selections, lots of new products. That being said, in the last few months, the customer service has been horrible! A week ago I waited at the paint desk for 20 min before anyone even showed up. Today at curbside pickup, after being notified that my order was ready for pick-up, I waited 45 min in the pick-up parking spaces, before I finally went in. Then I waited another 15 min before anyone showed up to help. Finally, I got my order and the bags of Quikcrete they placed on my cart were all rock solid! I had to swap them out myself because I wasn't waiting another 15 min to get someone's attention. I will say the gentleman in quick load was right on the money with service, as well as Cam behind the returns desk. What's going on Lowes? Is this the new normal for the SW Pensacola store? Come on, do better!!

In the contract section the brace face rude greater need to be trained on customer service I walk right back out when I ask her a question African American young lady don't need to be up front i highly recommend not to go there if you want to be treated better from a child Lowe hired

Purchased two cameras for in store pick up, order was cancelled by Lowe's for being out of stock, when it is still in stock, just at a higher price. And then told I would get a refund card sent to me within a couple days.

Excellent customer service. Bought a toilet. After installing the toilet I realized the lid was broken. Took the broken lid back to Lowe's. They replaced it quickly, no hassle, no paperwork.
