I have 4 pets and just moved here, my 13 yr old kitty gets solensia pain injections monthly and was due for his shot so I called to schedule an appointment and the front desk woman was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. She actually told me “You’re overwhelming me” in an extremely flat tone when I was explaining that I would need the solensia injection and a thyroid test as my last vet wanted to recheck his levels with his current medication dose. This should have been my first red flag but I apologized and stopped talking. I had asked what the price would be for the medication as well as a yearly checkup as I need to get the other three animals in but this kitty needs to be seen first and was told that she can’t get a quote for me but she would ask a vet. I didn’t hear back. I called and couldn’t get a hold of anyone for a bit and once I finally did I was told “if you call on Fridays we are super busy”. Upon the actually appointment date, when we finally got back into the to a room, a vet tech and vet were talking right outside the door where we could hear them and they said that they wanted 3 months payment up front for the pain injection?? We decided to leave, I have never paid upfront for a service I have not received. Plus, my kitty is old. He may not last 3 more months, the pain injection is to help him move around and he has been getting it for over a year now. I was very surprised by this and quite frankly feel as if it was just a money grab. Will not ever bring my pets here or recommend this clinic.

This clinic is awesome. The staff is caring and friendly. The Doctors and vet techs are very caring and knowledgeable. I'm so glad after I moved to Pensacola I found this clinic.

I’ve been trying for two hours now to call and get through and I’m automatically sent to voicemail. I’m sure I’ve made over 50 calls to try and get through. That’s ridiculous. The phone shouldn’t be forwarded . It doesn’t even ring just goes to voicemail. Are the phones even plugged in ? Seriously two hours is ridiculous to get ahold of your animal clinic. I’m sure it’s going to be more than two hours by the end of the day. Just ridiculous

Dr. Orr was awesome with our cat. We were not a regular customer of lost key veterinarian clinic but we will be from now on. They were able to get my sick cat into the office very quickly. And I am very happy with the care that my cat received there. I highly recommend going there.

Great experience! This was my first time coming here and will continue to bring my 2 cats here. My experience started after I came home to find my cat with an eye infection, I was able to bring her in within an hour of calling. The whole staff are wonderful, all are very personable, professional, and caring. Brooke and Dr. Orr looked after Dora as if she were their own little baby. I can't give the staff enough accolades for all they do. Thank you all for the care you provide to all us pet lovers!!

Dr Orr was so sweet to us and our Missy. Missy was very old and it was time. Hard, sad time but Dr Orr helped us through it.

We have recently had both of our cats to this clinic several times recently and have been extremely happy with the care they received. Dr. McCall is a very compassionate vet with whole lot of knowledge and experience. We were going to have 1 cat put down for illness reasons and she tried a different approach and it really worked! Our cat has been thriving the past couple weeks and we are thankful for that. We sincerely appreciate her looking after our animals. The techs Tashina and Ashley were amazing with both cats as well, they both really seem to be animal lovers! We love the care they have provided to our animals. You guys are a great team! Keep up the fantastic work! I’m sure we’ll be seeing you in the future. I would recommend these 3 women for anyone looking for excellent care for there pets! And last but not least the front desk staff is comprised of some very friendly ladies adding to the overall experience. You girls all are amazing.

Went for just a rabies vaccine. When brought to the room, I specifically said "Here just for the rabies vaccine." They did and charged for an examination also. WHY? We were there six months ago for examination. We didn't have concerns about our cats. We were there for JUST the rabies vaccine. Do you need an examination to administer a rabies vaccine?
