I made an appointment to have labs collected. I walked into an almost empty waiting room. I used the kiosk to register and had everything collected and complete in less than 10 minutes. Great experience on 12th avenue. Everyone was friendly.

Easy check-in, receptionist was nice, the tech that did my lab work was very nice, fast & very gentle"I barely felt a prick from the needle?'. I was in & out with-in 10 minutes.

The sweet older lady behind the desk who assisted us was amazing and kind. She made the mistake of asking her coworker for help. She was SO RUDE to her. She hollared to another coworker telling her, "Nevermind... She's being RETARDED again." I was there with my son who is developmentally delayed. It was the most unprofessional thing I've ever witness. I can't believe in 2023 we call people "Retarded." Completely unacceptable.

Lab tech was professional and friendly. I arrived shortly after 10am and was out in less than 20 minutes. Two others were there ahead of me. Check-in kiosk was straightforward.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews here, but I had a great experience and thought I'd share. I was unexpectedly sent here by my doctor and arrived a little before noon thinking I was going to be here forever since I didn't have an appointment and arrived around lunch. I was wrong. I checked in at the kiosk was greeted by someone at front desk. The team seemed to move smoothly. Keosha H. Took my blood and she was personable and compassionate. Really appreciate this experience as it's not common at at labs facility.

Most unprofessional place. They won’t see you until they finish gossiping at the front desk. They also hand changed the hours to 630 but the website does not reflect that.

They finally saw me 1.5 hrs after my appointment, and acted like it was an imposition to coordinate with my specific medical needs. Visiting my doctor three weeks later and LabCorp still hasn't sent the results. I've been forced to go th LabCorp by my health insurance for several years, and they have always lost doctor's orders that were faxed. Recommend bringing a paper order and being prepared to wait a very long time. Then encourage your doctor to follow up before an appointment to get the results, because there is a good chance that LabCorp will not send them.

CONFUSING AND IMPERSONAL! Don’t understand how you can make an appointment after a referral from your doctor just to get there and they don’t have a record of you and tell you that you’re also out of network. I asked why they wouldn’t have informed me that I don’t have a record and that I’m out of network and not to bother wasting everyone’s time. The woman at the front desk said “anyone can make an appointment” when asked why I wasn’t informed she said “we don’t do that”.

The last two times I’ve had blood work done here, the wait has been 45 - 50 minutes….given an appointment was made in advance, unacceptable. Plus, they do not answer their phone if you have questions about some home testing issues you may be doing. Time to find another lab….

The location closes at 4pm, which is extremely inconvenient for people who work and need to have their labs done after working hours. The lab opens at 6am, but it would be much more convenient if they were open after working hours rather than before because, if you have children, you likely cannot make it to have lab work done before school and work start. Ideally, the lab would be open both before and after working hours, but if given the option of one over the other, I would assume most people would rather get lab work done after 4pm rather than before 8am.

Don't bother if you value your time. You will wait 3 hours for a 5 minute test to be done. No one will speak to you while you wait, because there is never anyone at the desk. I have always made appointments ahead of time, by the way, but that does not seem to matter. I will never be using LabCorp again. Disgraceful.

Fasting labs. Waited 2 hours. Never saw or heard from anyone. Finally left. Would not recommend this location.

Always have an appointment because you will wait 45 minutes to an hour past that time. It's crowded and germy in the waiting room...I choose to wait outside when I can.

The appointment is at 1 o'clock. It's 2:30 now and still have not been seen. What's the point of having an Appointment? Staff was almost Nonexistence. The person at the check-in desk spent more time away from the desk than checking in the full waiting room. I don't understand how you can have a business and not care about your patients. Something needs to change here and after my experience, I'm sure the lack of caring and Professionalism stems from a lack of leadership and accountability.
