This isn't really for Kohl's, but since you have this place in your building... Sephora, your customer service sucks! Are you commission-based or something? My wife came into your store (granted, it was like 8 p.m., sorry we didn't realize there was like this hour-long gap you needed to prepare for your day to end; well, make sure to give yourselves like 2-3 hours so you can disappear around corners and check your phones while tossing the occasional item up on the shelf). She literally came to a makeup store to, wait for it... BUY MAKEUP! (Insane, right?!) "Where's this thing?" "Back wall, sorry, I can't help more, I'm doing stocking." My wife goes to look at the thing, comes back to find the only help available, the things aren't being done, and you're gone! It's like 60 square feet; where the hell did you go?! Anyways, customer service online made the experience better, but you are a literal waste of space in a Kohl's. You won't fail, but you suck in general.

I stopped going here after a customer service employee was rude during my Amazon returns. I usually shop Ulta after a return but decided UPS was friendlier for Amazon returns and there is an Ulta closer to my home. I am visibly disabled and pretty relaxed with people. Not sure what this young lady’s problem was but this was unacceptable. Otherwise staff are usually nice at this store. But experiences like this just closes me off to any further visits. Time for some training Kohls. Not everyone is raised right.

I ordered this Ring Stick Up Cam online and picked up from their store. Got home and saw that I was given an open box item. I’ll make sure to check the product in the bag from now on to save me gas and time. There maybe a reason why it was open and possibly returned. This is disappointing, Kohl’s. People who works there should know better than that !!!!
