Jos A Bank is my go to place for all of my clothing needs. The quality and look of their clothing is awesome. I like to get clothes in colors other than black, brown and grey and Bank delivers that and a ton more. What a complete selection for professional and casual dressing needs I have enjoyed for several years now and remain a loyal customer.

Excellent customer service the only place I buy my relaxed fit jeans. I became a fan of this chain of stores because of its will trained staff and excellent company. You can still save this chain by buying online. Let's help them reopen the stores. Women shop for your men here. It would be a travesty to lose this company.

Helpful staff that is very professional. This manager is obviously focused on making sure the customer has a great experience. I bought 2 suits, with alterations, and a top coat and it was EASY. They even have masks by the entrance. I will be back.

Prices are not reasonable comparable to other similar stores.

If you go to this location, ask for Kay! Wedding planning is stressful, but she made the whole thing very easy and really listened to what we wanted. She had great suggestions, and was kind and polite the whole time. Thank you for a warm and productive experience!

We entered the Pensacola, FL JoS a Banks store to prepare for my son's wedding. As soon as I introduced my son and his future husband, the woman's attitude went from a smile to a frown and became horrible. She would not even look at them. She was very dismissive even going as far as telling another customer that she would be right with them because these guys are "just going to rent". The store was not overly busy. There were plenty of people to help the other customer. This woman was abusive, dismissive, and obviously homophobic. She did not want to help them choose their suits or look at other options. This was supposed to be a special time for these men as they chose the colors for the wedding and formal attire for their large wedding. They had not yet decided if they were going to buy their suits or rent and as the atmosphere went from jubilant fun, to quietly looking at a book, by themselves in a corner. I became angry. Another female employee came over to ask them if they wanted to buy suits and they said that they were not yet prepared to make that decision and were reviewing options. Her attitude was not much better than the First Lady I really think that since the first lady was so rude to us, I think she was trying to at least help a little without stepping on toes. We then left and went down to Men's Wearhouse. Their staff gave us a color coordinator, a rental specialist, and a manager who made it a point to shake their hands and congratulate them on their future wedding. We had four people helping us at that store all giving opinions and having a good time as we chose two tailored suits, and nine rentals. They went out of their way to make the experience what it was supposed to be. Something that we could photograph and look back on as a wonderful memory. Joseph a Banks, is it the intention of your store to promote bigotry and homophobia? If you would have know you were dealing with two doctors, would that have helped? Something apparently made you judge them And I am curious to know what it takes to get treated with respect in your store.

Take your tailoring elsewhere. This shop has horrible prices and customer service. I bought two Jos a Banks suits online, and brought them into the store to have them tailored. You'd think they'd give you a discount for their own suits, but instead they simply charge double for any other suit.

I went into one of your stores today to shop for my husband. There was maybe one other customer besides myself and a few sales people. I was not greeted or asked by anyone of your employees if I needed help, they were standing around talking amongst themselves. I passed in front of them a few times, and still no one approached me, i was going through shelves and racks looking for my husbands size. No one ever acknowledged me, there was no way they could've not seen me. They weren't busy at all. I Needed help to find Items I'd seen online. I was in the store approximately 10 minutes, but finally left because I was being ignored, I didn't purchase anything. I have never felt so invisible or uncomfortable as I did in your store. I will never shop there again, but I did go into Dillard's and spent over 1000.00 on my husbands Father's Day gift. There customer service is excellent, your employees should take a few lessons from them.

Don took the time and helped us find the perfect suit at a very convenient price, he even gave us great advice on accessories without trying to get us to buy unnecessary stuff. Before going there we tried another store at the mall and they really made us feel unwelcomed; we were really impressed by the great customer service at Jos. A. Bank.

The service is great. Online service is awesome. They also can do alterations in a short time and saved us for the Mall Ball. My husband loves this place!
