When my fleet premiums doubled and my broker could not find me a better rate for 6 commercial trucks Joe Leonard’s office did!
Not only did they keep my premiums from doubling they also lowered them significantly. Their staff, especially Kim, the office manager is amazing to work with and their customer service is excellent!

I cant"t begin to say how highly satisfied I am with State Farm. The first impression of state farm when you walk in is the very professional and courteous front desk administrator and receptionist, Mrs. Caroline. I haven't seen great customer service like that in awhile unfortunately, I can say I love to call and pay my bill because she is so pleasant. If I am running behind or close to my due date, she will leave the most polite message to let me know I need to call her. I do get busy so I really appreciate that and her taking the extra step or going the extra mile for us! Thank you Mrs.Caroline for exceptional customer service and going over and beyond for us! You are appreciated and they are blessed to have you at State Farm, from all the customers, Thank You!

I've been with them since 2010 and have had no complaints. I REALLY love the staff, they have always been helpful!! They've gone as far as to recommend their personal mechanic when I was having car trouble.
