I saw Miss Liv yesterday and just wanna give a big shout out! She was amazing and worked hard on my horribly unkempt hair and now it is beautiful! She educated me so much on what would be good and bad for my hair in a way even I could understand. Another stylist even gave me a great suggestion for my brows even though it would mean I wasn’t doing them there, I really appreciated the suggestion and will be giving it a shot! Miss Liv spent all the necessary time with my sister and I and I just really really appreciate it and her hard work, she was wonderful and my hair looks amazing thanks her to her! Would definitely recommend this team and Miss Liv to anyone and I’m so happy to have found a place I felt so comfortable!

100/10!! I was shoping on a budget and when checking out today was way over it and the cashier went above and beyond by giving a great discount! we will be shoping here again !! there selection was amazing many options and was priced great! over all good people good options and very clean!

Tinna is now the manager, so I come here now. The ain't isn't that bad. The service with Tinnia is great. You get in and get out. I normally get color, cut, wash and style. They also sell products in house.

Briana needs serious retraining not sure on what planet would you assume someone is to do your job for you. If bagging items is too much perhaps something less strenuous would be better suited.

This store is no better and no worse than the typical J.C. Penney store these days: poorly organized, stuffed full of wildly overpriced items marked down to merely overpriced. Their womens clothing comes in two styles: hoochey mama and little old lady. I must not be the only critic. Drive by any time during the week and the parking lot around it is all but empty.

I made an appointment for 345 and was told 30 minutes before that they were running a few hours behind and there was nobody else available. I was prepared to spend $100 on a haircut for my teen daughter but I refuse to wait all day at the mall for them to squeeze me in after they didn't plan well and couldn't honor my appointment. I'll get her an overpriced haircut elsewhere that has better organization and time management

I will never shop here again. Our family of 3 including myself was followed about like we were common criminals. I walked downstairs and informed cashier after handing her the products we were buying. If we were acting suspicious I would agree but we were shopping in plan view and even joked with the female associate.
