Bruce is certainly a God's send to the home buying experience. Bruce and his team helped me buy my first home at age of 19 with many obstacles in our path. I will certainly never forget the man. Hurry he's soon to retire so get your refinance or loan before he goes because there certainly is not anyone else that will take the pride in their work like he does. There will be 100 % clarity and communication through the stressful process and he will remember you by first name 10 years later. Will always answer the phone and answer any question you have no matter how stupid it might be. If you want the job done right call bruce!!!!

I wish that we experienced what the other reviewers did with this company during our VA refinance but unfortunately, our experience was terrible and is still ongoing. We applied at the beginning of July, finally closed in mid-September and are still dealing with them. In fact, my husband just replied to another email supplying them with information that is none of their business so maybe they can sell our mortgage and we can be done with them. Communication was TERRIBLE! We only received updates when we reached out and asked for them. We experienced one delay after another. We were provided with the wrong loan to value info. Now we are still being contacted 3 months after closing to provide info on repairs to our home from Sally that we should not have to provide. Save yourself the experience we had and go with someone else!
