“Kind of a fun funky place, but every location I've ever been to is a ghost town for some reason. Yeah it's a dollar store but it's a more hip dollar store that's a bit more stylish and adult than Five Below and a bit more modern than Dollar General (this place's parent company). If nothing else it's worth frequenting over the competition because it's clean, the employees are nice and there is more than one on duty at a time!”
“It's a good crafts store. Lots of merchandise to choose from. Big selection on Memorial Day. Red white and blue patriotic items. Customer service was good with helping answer questions. But I got a lil annoyed at the customer service for making announcements that they were closing in 30 mins and the countdown announcements were loud and had one every 5 minutes. They should stop allowing people in the store an hour before closing time, so they can close exactly at 8.”
“Found this place randomly, beside being furniture store, they have a lot of food and beverages from all over the world. The most stuff was from Italy, they have some wines, food. Then a lot of snacks from Germany. Wide variety of teas, coffee. Didn't have too much time to look over everything in detail, so another visit is necessary.”

“I was a guy who didnt care about home decor, especially the candles. That was all until my fiance at that time went to look at home decor. She had me smell one candle (maple pancake) and I've been hooked ever since. I would love to give Kirkland's 5 stars. I've been to Kirkland's multiple times over the past 2 years searching for that candle. I was told by one of their store reps that they arent asked what sales. The store workers are GREAT! I am getting sick of Sunday brunch. LOL.Respectfully from a man who now loves candles.”

“● First impression ●On May 24. 2024, we purchased the Brentwood power reclining sofa and two Brentwood power reclining chairs. Delivery was on May 30! Dee and Brad performed the delivery, assembly and placement in our living room. Both Dee and Brad were very professional and personable. Whether or not they're directly employed by Hank's, their conduct is an eccellent reflection on Hank's. They should be rewarded for their superb conduct and performance of duties.Furniture-wise, upon a cursory first inspection, everything worked as designed. The lumbar support is WONDERFUL and greatly appreciated. There was no damage to the upholstery, although on back side of the left-hand module of the sofa, there appears to be a small area that is missing a velcro strip; easily and inexpensively remedied. This does NOT adversely affect the appearance or functions of the sofa nor does it adversely reflect on either the furniture manufacturer or Hank's.We very strongly recommend this line and recommend a superb representative of Hank's, i.e., Anthony, one of the sales staff. Anthony also displayed outstanding professionalism and customer service skills and his performance, too, should be acknowledged a rewarded.”

“I'm not a regular Customer at Ross but there are two items that I have purchased there that I believe are great buys. Workout or leisure shoes. I've found a nice selection and at great prices. Secondly, I was in need of some workout shorts and found a nice selection, all at less than $12, with several pair less then $8.00. At these prices I'm encouraged to maybe try a couple of colors or options I wouldn't typically try.”

“I have used the Pensacola Bayou Store on several occasions . Delivery does take a significant period of time and yes there may be damages but i have found the staff, store manager and repair contractor to be attentive, friendly and responsive. I have furnished two homes over the past 4 years and will continue to be a customer. In this day and age nothing is fast and damage in transit occurs. Patience is the key and open communication with the store and its repair contractor. W. Brown”

“I don't give many reviews but La-Z-Boy Pensacola (Indi and Peyton) earned my review and business. I visited all of the furniture stores in this area and by far this store impressed me the most with service and quality of product. I just purchased a new living room from Indi and Peyton (leather sofa, reclining chair, side tables, lamps, and a rug) and my family and I are very happy with the purchase. Indi and Peyton were amazing. They LISTENED to me and my family and created a gorgeous living room. They were so fun to work with, professional, and responsive. If you are looking for furniture in Pensacola, this is where you should begin and ask for Indi and Peyton!”

“David went above and beyond helping me and my family replace our couches and bed after they were destroyed in an overseas move! We had problems with the leasing option through one of the companies and David sat with me for almost an hour trying to figure it out. When it didn’t work he had me come in the next day and David and Jasmine were super quick and helpful in fixing the problem so I was approved for my furniture! I can’t recommend this location enough every employee I came in contact with was professional and genuinely wanted us to come out with a good experience.”
