John followed up my me almost daily to see if I recieved my shipment. “It's a good crafts store. Lots of merchandise to choose from. Big selection on Memorial Day. Red white and blue patriotic items. Customer service was good with helping answer questions. But I got a lil annoyed at the customer service for making announcements that they were closing in 30 mins and the countdown announcements were loud and had one every 5 minutes. They should stop allowing people in the store an hour before closing time, so they can close exactly at 8.”
