*8/30-Been over a month and can’t get a call back or return email for my carpet…that’s approved by warranty to be replaced.
* UPDATE 5/17-Both Brandy and Micheal reached out to me today to apologize, both listening to my concerns again and were understanding. Brandy made sure to have the appropriate people informed and assured me that someone would be following up and to reach out if I needed more help.
*5/20 Harvis their Field Director reached out to apologize for the experience I’ve had and that they would be fixing the paint chip (no chip in prev photos). He let me explain everything and was more than willing to make it right. I’ve truly enjoyed talking with him and his professionalism shows.
5/17 Gonna be a long read- So to start off with I’ve had to bring the truck in four times for the same water leak, two times at another dealer and the last two with Hill Kelly, (first dealer couldn’t figure it out ) third time, when I brought it to Hill Kelly they told me it was the sunroof drains… (still have the leak). So I bring it back a fourth time for them to tell me it was the rear window is leaking again ( I’ve already had it replaced). So after they replaced the window I get up with Michael to pick my keys up early that afternoon cause I wouldn’t be able to make it back before they close and I would be returning to pick the truck up later that night, upon picking the truck up, I open the driver door to see the trim pieces and format were not replaced back. I proceeded to drive home once I got home to look in the backseat, They had left crash wrap, a socket, piece of a broken glove, a pushpin, and a broken clip in my rear seat, on top of footprints all in the door jam and then to find out they chipped the paint at the back corner of the glass. when I called to explain my issues, most of them very small not worth complaining about one thing if that was just it, but in the grand scheme of things and having multiple issues, I felt like it was the need to bring this to someone’s attention, when I spoke with Michael who was not very apologetic and or didn’t seem to care, all he wanted was photos and to send them via email and to which I sent them same day and never received a reply from…and I told him I’d be back Friday so this gave them two days to deliberate on what needed to be done and proper action taken. (Friday when I arrived I asked if he had gotten them and was told he was busy, he seen them just didn’t reply or forward them to his manager) is my concerns not important? I return Friday, walked Michael out to the truck he grabs the crash wrap and the debris and says anything else I can do for you? Why yes, we’re you just not gonna mention the chip and how they left the truck? Where did the push pin go, where’s this broken clip go? You’ve had mult days to get this lined out. So I said if you think getting the truck detailed is right, let’s get it detailed and just get me a paint pen and I’ll touch up the chip no big deal. Then for him to say oh I’ll have to discuss this with my manager, why haven’t we already done this?? I waited 15mins for a “oh we’re gonna call the glass place and see what they say about the chip???” Really? Why else would there be a chip in the corner of my rear glass??? If he has photos to prove it was there with my original tinted window in, I’ll apologize and take my concern to the previous dealer who replaced the window first, but are we really stressed over a detail and a $25 paint pen to make me happy? I actually went to parts to purchase the paint pen just to prove I’m not trying to get over on them for a paint pen to them not having it in stock… so I told him that’s fine call the window guy but when he can or can’t prove the chip was there I now want it painted correctly for you all wanting to play games. I didn’t have to call and bring that socket and crash wrap back but I did because you know that’s the right thing to do. Didn’t thank me for returning the socket and wrap, didn’t seem concerned about my chip or issues said it’s up to the manage

Not the best experience, made an appointment but still took two days to do 2 hours of work. Oil change and diagnostic charge for checking an issue with ABS. Tried to charge me a miscellaneous fee of $27 for shop supplies, which I asked about and they took the charge off the bill. Part needed to fix ABS issue is not available and does not have an ETA on when it's available. I feel like this is a known issue after talking with the shop representative. Most reputable shops would have warned me up front about this known issue or at the very least given a discount on the diagnostic fee once they couldn't fix the issue. Anyways the shop could be run more efficiently, I understand being busy and being understaffed, but there are better ways to schedule. Staff is friendly though, so at least they have that going for them.

If I could leave less than 1 star for the experience I had today I surely would. Stay away from Eddie. This man is a liar, for starters I advised him that I didn’t want my credit ran more than once. I ended up with 6 inquiries. He told me that he had got me approved for 100% financing when he in fact did not. He lied throughout the entire time I was there. The crazy part about it is that I wasn’t even in the market for a new vehicle, I was dropping my vehicle off for maintenance when I was approached by him while waiting to get my vehicle checked in. This man is extremely dishonest and can’t be trusted with your information. After getting me hit with 6 inquiries he said I will give you the number of someone who can remove them for free and proceeded to the back where he stayed until I left the dealership. So he lied again because he in fact did not have the number for anyone that would remove the ridiculous amount of inquiries I was hit with. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Businesses Bureau. Please stay far away from Eddie if you are visiting Hill Kelly Dodge. The service department staff is great, but the sales staff is not to be trusted with the exception of Thed and Prince.

Dropped off my vehicle to have some minor work done at the body shop and Jennifer was amazing. She was personable, caring, and went the extra mile to ensure what I needed done would be done in a timely manner

Already knew the problem with my dash lights. Still had to pay almost $200.00 for nothing. They insisted on a diagnostic test to tell me what I already told them. Then, they couldn't get the part and don't even know when they can get it. Two hours of my time and a lot of money. I received absolutely nothing. If you can't help a customer at all, you should not charge them, except for maybe a small labor charge. I will never be back!
