Taking a looooong time to check in. We have been here over an hour. Only one person at the counter who is very slow. Too bad they won’t get additional help

Worst rental car staff i have ever ever seen. Probably my last time with the company because they won't even answer the phone to jear about it. They do not care. Yake it or leave it customer service experience. Awful.
