Best rental car experience on pick up with Cheyenne to the ride home with Tate. I have never had such quick easy service. I usually rent through Avis or Budget but will be renting in the future from this Hertz location. My Nissan Rogue was thoroughly clean which isn’t always the case with other rentals. Thanks for a stress free experience

Kiki/Keke was absolutely amazing!
She was so knowledgeable and was able to help me rent the perfect car for my trip, she made the process smooth and easy while maintaining a smile. She was so kind and I had a great experience with hertz because of her. The perfect way to start my trip in Florida.

Hertz on hwy 29 in Pensacola is awesome. The manager is amazing and the other girl at the front desk is so funny. Such nice people to deal with.

I cannot praise the Hertz staff at the Highway 29 location enough! The nicest people to deal with. My rental happened due to me being rear ended and having a TERRIBLE Enterprise experience. After being treated so rudely at Enterprise, I was allowed to use Hertz. I would never use another car rental. I hope the wonderful staff know how they made my experience as good as it could be. Thank you for a great rental immaculate Jeep Compass but more thank you for your kindness over and above!

Won’t rent from here again, pretty much was told here’s the keys your car is outside. We needed to do a walk around the vehicle to see any issues, was told as long as a bumpers aren’t falling off

Terrible service from Hertz.
I tried to cancel right after booking but couldn’t reach them until two days before pickup. They still charged me, even though I followed their own policy. Never again.

All I can say is WOW! Great staff working at this location Shawn and KeKe and I highly recommend using them for all your auto rental needs. Clean showroom, ride back to dealer, put me in a truck so I could get in easier then the car i was about to get. Overall a great experience with them all.

They work with you to insure the car is right. We were given a rental car while our vehicle was being repaired.

The car they gave me had “Recall” written on the windshield. Check engine light on,
car shook the whole time. A real piece of trash!! But don’t expect much from this trashy office. I know every time I rent from them the customer service will be atrocious as they just walk away and leave customers hanging and have horrible conflict resolution. If you’re looking for cheap trashy rentals this is your place!

Terrible customer service, he was in India, no charging stations, car leaked all over my feet when it rained on my trip. Forced to buy added insurance that I did not need.

Cheyanne is the epitome of what customer service representatives should be… It was quite easy to rent a car and return it.
