I have had nothing but outstanding service from this company. We received everything we ordered and our tassels frame came in broken and they hand delivered it to me the next day after I called them the only thing we are still waiting on is the diploma plaque but we received everything else thank you and all your staff for the outstanding work you all provide to all the schools I just want to say thank you

Terrible customer service. The female customer service representative in Pensacola is rude. My order never arrived. They did NOTHING to make it right after having my money for two months. Thank God I paid with PayPal so I was able to get a refund. I will never order from this company again and I would suggest contacting Jostens or one of their competitors or looking elsewhere for graduation gear.

Never received our Senior daughter’s announcements, and the robe we ordered was for a 5’11-6’ length when the order clearly stated she is 5’6. Glad I didn’t order anymore products. The only good thing about this experience was the nice customer service rep and the refund.

Lets start off with.. You are required to purchase cap n gown from here so your kid can walk at graduation. A required shipping fee when they have 100s shipped only to the school.My kids class ring.. Cheapest one is over 600$ if you personalize it.. and they screwed up the graduate year. Her grad year was 2019.. Ring says 1919. But it made it past quality control which helps you understand there is slim to none.We found it amusing however and decided it was not worth the wait to return it as we were concerned more issues would come of it since it took longer than normal to get the thing.Main point. Cost vs quality per kid.. 60$ for 2 yards of super cheap material that will be used once? Times how many schools? How many kids?

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely terrible interactions. Tiffany was not able to even stop talking over me long enough to answer a direct question both when I placed my order and then when I was trying to find out where the cap and gown was to pick it up. The only thing they did with any accuracy and speed was take my payment. They obviously don’t feel the need to provide any type of good service since the have the deal in the bag with the school. I would never, ever recommend them for anything ever.

I ordered my daughter's senior package through here and they ended up charging me an additional $80 for her cap and gown and when she received it the zipper didn't work and the seams were not sewn. Absolute worst customer experience ever!

Go online and buy that is what they are anyway, no showroom but a few items on display , the young women running the office was more than great in helping my family especially in this crazy year of covid and the challenges of Home Schooling . Great experience. T.Y.

We have purchased 2 class rings along with cap and gowns. They have been wonderful and very helpful! We are done with high school but want to thank Herff Jones for making our senior experience great!

I’m a high-school student, and when I received my ring it was beautiful but some things were messed up, my name didn’t fit and my graduation year was wrong. However the lady was super sweet, very understanding and took care of the problem. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to put on instead of my name, and quickly decided on my initials, the next day I sent a email in hopes they could change it to my fathers last name before it was remade, I didn’t receive a email back so I called them, they didn’t answer the first few times. The man that answered was beyond rude, and unprofessional, not helpful at all, If I knew that this was someone I was getting a ring from I would have not bothered. Talked to the lady after and again she was very sweet and understanding

Just went to order a class ring. The lady was very helpful and walked through every step instead of just expecting us to know how to do it. She told us each page, and gave us suggestions when we were clueless. Very professional and helpful.

With everything that’s going on today, you would think that there would be more affordable options. Why would you have a minimum package of 25 invitations when clearly you won’t be able to invite 25. Each student maybe only allowed 6 tickets, so why would I need 25 invites?You invite with the intention of having your guest to attend.What about a Covid package that’s more reasonable to what’s going on today and not 2yrs ago?

Don’t buy rings from them they are very OVERPRICED.Bought a class ring for $700 took it to a pawn shop within 2 minutes of looking at the ring the guy said it was pretty much worthless if I known the rings where worthless before I git it I wouldn’t have wasted $700 you’d be better off going somewhere else
