“the store is unbelievable walk in and you will understand what I'm talking about anything to do with paint they have it in there if they don't I'm pretty sure they can get it for you go in and see their staff what are some of the friendliest kindest people in Pensacola the company I work for this is what we get some of our material and paint from these people always treat us right and the colors always look good they match perfect for all your painting needs stop in and see these people here from brushes to rollers to the paint and primer add tape and anything else you need hope you guys are doing okay I will see you the next time I order paint

“I love the way this store is laid out. The store looks like it's really high end on the outside, but when you get inside it's more down to earth. They do carry some of the better more high end tools as well as being a Stihl dealer. They have a while section dedicated to Stihl, including bars and chains, scabbards down to STIHL safety glasses and bar and chain oil as well as other safety equipment like chainsaw hard hats with shields attached and ear protection. There are at least 10 different Stihl model chainsaws. I even found the Stihl OEM bar and chain for the MS260 and the 046 I'm rebuilding to be the heartbeat of the chainsaw sawmill I'm working on. That 046 us capable of wearing a 34" bay and chain so it's powerful enough to run the mill.
Northern tool also has a repair department and mechanic on staff and can work on your Stihl equipment that needs repair. Being a dealer they are capable of carrying out warranty work on your new equipment as well as ordering the parts and making repairs to your older equipment that has been around longer than your kids. I know my 046 was sold in 2000, and my daughter was born in 2001. And I got this beast in much the same condition as I got my daughter, ready to be made into the end product I know it's capable of being. No really, it was a box of parts that I was given and promised it was all there.
Northern tool is a large, clean and nice place to shop, a large parking lot with plenty of parking, a friendly staff with some of the best known as most powerful equipment on the market and is just as capable of fixing your old broke down equipment as well as selling you new equipment to replace what is beyond repair or more expensive to repair than replace. They are definitely worth checking out.
After a couple years i still love this store. I always find what i need and generally a few things i didn't know i needed. I got the magnetic ground for my welder. And i found the wheels i need for my wheelbarrow that i will pick up on payday.”

“Tractor Supply #2608 has always been our “go to” for at home “fix ups.” We are consistently greeted w a smile- even at rush hour times & felt welcomed by Danielle, Vicki, Pam, & Savannah ! :) Two days ago we adopted a puppy & were overwhelmed by the support of your staff !! We are rookies - but they helped us find & select just the right items for our pup. They answered ALL of our questions. We laughed, enjoyed ourselves, & Jackpot (our mini Shepherd) gave them tons of kisses. He pranced out of there feeling like a Rosckstar & even snagged a treat. We are grateful & comfortable - & definitely will be true loyal patrons for life. Do you remember when neighborhood stores treated you like you & your business matter? ..& they were happy you were there ??! That’s a rare things these days & greatly missed !! BUT !! THAT is EXACTLY the way the TSC ladies treats customers- seen, pleasant & like they’re grateful you came in. Store #2608 should be a training store for all branches in my opinion. From hardware, tools, decor, coolers, pets…..etc they hands down have a lifetime of our business.. And much Respect ! !! Charlie, my husband, & I can’t emphasize enough the crucial main thing that sets them apart from all other merchandising stores is that they care & go above & beyond to help (not just us but witnessed it w all)

“October 7, 2024, I needed to purchase materials for an emergency job at my church. Ronaldo (young man with a Pokémon tattoo on his right calf) stopped to help me immediately upon me walking in a "passing. " He was knowledgeable about square footage, where the carpet material were in this area of the store. As well as, working the cutting machine for carpet and awareness of me (customer) and where I should stand for safety. He saw my sale from beginning to end. And was a pleasant, polite, and approachable young man. He even shook my hand after asking me my name. He listened and made me feel seen in a large store that was fairly busy at the time. Thank you, for your amazing customer service skills. And speaking to me in a professional manner. I will look for him upon my next return.”

“I went over specifically to bring in some kitchen fluorescent tube lights when I found out that Lowe's recycles them, which is awesome! (Home Depot doesn't..?boo!). “I like Home Depot. But I like it better when the people that work there try to be helpful. This seems to be the exception rather than the rule at this particular Home Depot. I assume it’s a managerial problem. Other Home Depot I go to in Pensacola people greet you ask if you need help not so much at this one. That’ll probably change maybe they’re under stress for some reason or another.”
“Overall a great home DIY store, however went to purchase a step ladder and all were covered with concrete dust, see photo. The entire section is used to store excess concrete sacks above the ladder selection so they are all caked in dust. Had to hose & scrub down before indoor use. Nobody seemed to care when I brought it up at the checkout. So beware if you need an indoor ladder.”

“I wish they had a bit more product variety. But, in general, they've got at least the basics for your average DIY guy. And I don't have to go anywhere near town to get it. Above all though their customer service is unmatched compared to other local ACE stores. Everyone in there has been there for years. So they kinda have the inventory memorized lol. It helps when you're in a hurry.”
