I visited the Pensacola Interstate Fair on 10/17 and parked in the very back of the Walmart parking lot located at 6670 Mobile Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32526. I saw several others parking there and walking 5 minutes to the fairground so I parked there and checked for signs stating that you couldn’t park there for the fair or that you may be towed and I saw none so I assumed it was safe to park. My parking duration was also during Walmarts normal business hours. Upon leaving the fair, I saw that my vehicle had been towed as well as three other groups returning to the parking lot the same time I was. We were all confused and searched a towing sign and found none. We all resorted to going into Walmart and asking an employee who towed our cars. The employee directed us to the one towing sign on the property which was by the Walmart entrance not facing the road. You would have to be out of your vehicle walking into walmart in order to see it. I called the number for H&M Roadside LLC and was that they had my vehicle and it would $230 cash only to get it back. I put their address in phone and saw that it was only 0.3 miles away. I walked to their office and saw that they had a printed sign posted on their front door saying that if you had been towed by Walmart it was $230 cash only. This occurred on 10/17 which was opening night of the fair. It is apparent that H&M Roadside LLC is good and ready for fair time to roll around so that they can make thousands of dollars towing vehicles from the Walmart lot. In summary: they purposely do not have clear signage posted, they had their sign on their front door already made and ready for opening night of the fair, they towed my vehicle during normal Walmart business hours (which may indicate they are actively watching the parking lot since Walmart employees were still parked and working and assumingely not being towed) and they accept only cash which likely indicates that they are not properly reporting this to the IRS either to avoid paying taxes or to avoid any suspicious profit influxes when the fair rolls around every year. Their sign said that my vehicle would be towed at the owners expense. There is no way that the expense to tow a 5 passenger vehicle 0.3 miles is $230. This is clear price gouging. This business is clearly involved in UDAPs (unfair, deceptive and abusive practices). Formal complaints have been submitted by myself to the state of Florida as well as the BBB

Prompt fast service. Had blow out while visiting Pensacola, Mark was fast and efficient. Gave me a discount because I had a patch kit on hand but he didn't end up using it. Great service

The woman answering the phones was very discourteous. I'm surprised they're still in business. I called to inquire about having a vehicle moved and was informed that even though they advertise wrecker services, they don't actually have a wrecker. Business seems very mismanaged and doomed for failure. They should definitely offer the services they advertise and quit baiting people, wasting their time, and then being rude to them.

My go to towing company. They’ve always been very honest and nice folks. Needed them to come pull one of my rolloff trucks out of a front yard that I sunk in and Max came right away! Without them we would have wasted our day but 30 mins later we were back on the road! Thank you for always getting us taken care of!

Great as normal, I live closer to the pine Forest Rd location than the mobile hwy location but the pine Forest location didn't have anything available so I had to go to the mobile hwy location to get the cargo van but the mobile hwy location was very friendly and helpful.I would recommend them anytime

These guys are great! Called them during one of the busiest times of the day to tow our van. My wife had broken down and they didn’t waste anytime getting there. I have used them several times since and they are the first guys I call, every time. Thank you for your great customer service!!! I HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys came recommended from another towing company and they were awesome! They worked with me on short notice to get my Tesla from Biloxi to Pensacola during the busy time of cruising the coast for a great price. I loved their relaxed attitudes and willingness to help. I'd easy call them again for my towing needs.

I met Max when he repoed one of my cars over 10 years ago. We’ve been friends since. Max has helped me many times, towed our car because we lost our keys, jumped our battery, towed our trucks and even referred us to a company that handled larger commercial vehicles to tow us. Through the years, Max has also helped and advised us many times just over the phone for many instances.
