Grace and Sons is an excellent shop for RV repairs . Ernie is honest, and his repairs jobs are reasonably priced. I do not go anywhere else. Thanks Ernie for years of service.

Was camping in the Pensacola area and my converter stopped working in my travel trailer. The weather was cold and I needed to fix it asap. Looking at options on Google, I was at a loss to know who would be trustworthy and/or even available on short notice to squeeze me in. Called Grace&Sons and explained my problem. They walked me through a lot of diagnostics and spent almost half an hour on the phone with me without knowing that they would get a dime. They searched for my part and came out later in the afternoon. Problem fixed in about an hour. Had I chosen to tackle this on my own, I would have had to search or buy on Amazon, and then deal with the headache (I'm no electrician) of replacing the whole fuse panel and converter unit. Works like a charm and the price was reasonable. Two thumbs up.

I called from a local RV park with the issue of my fridge not working on propane. No one else would look at it for me locally, but this gentleman talked to me over the phone and fixed the problem. I am a new RV owner, and this was very much appreciated! I plan on going back to him in a few days to have some other work done on the RV.

This Veteran Owned business was as good as I'd hoped. Ernie and the other mechanic were great. They diagnosed the hydraulic problem with our Class A (slides and jacks weren't working). Once he had the part, they had us all fixed up at a fair cost. I thought it could have been much more expensive. They also fixed a problem with our awning that they had noticed. This a very small operation in a residential area.Cash or Check ONLY.

Had a problem with one of the slides. It was stuck. They worked tirelessly on the problem until they found the issue and corrected it. I will use them again. They were very professional. I also enjoy supporting a fellow veteran.

Straight up and honest. This guy came out to my RV at Tall Oaks RV park in Pensacola because o couldn't get my jacks to retract or my slides to come in. He spent 2 hours checking wires and fuses and didn't fix a thing. He asked me to download an electrical schematics and to let him come back tomorrow after charging me $240 and not solving my jack or slide problem. I have him $160 and he refused to cume the next day. He is a scam artist! I wouldn't call him to rob a bank!, let alone do anything good for anyone. Truth!

Jimmy charged me $960.00 to repair my ac units in my motorhome and it didn’t fix the problem. Still have the same problem. He keeps telling me he’s on the way. Hired a different company and they have to redo his work. I’ve been trying to get him out for a year.Service: Air conditioning

Arriving in Pensacola in our 2013 Thor motorhome in March 2023, I discovered that I had an unknown bad, dangerous propane leak. While other Pensacola RV repair businesses could not give me an appointment for about a week, Mr. Grace took me right in because of my urgency. He spent at least three hours checking all available connections and exposed propane lines---main fill valve, pressure distribution unit, and connectors at the furnace, hot water heater, and stove, etc. He replaced our old existing pressure distribution unit, which had a tiny leak, with two each new units from an RV supply house---both of these two brand new "made in China" units were defective, so he fixed the small leaking connection on our old unit and reinstalled it. It would have taken far too many hours than we could spare from our short cross-country trip, for him to have torn internally into the RV to find and repair the hidden leak, so at my request, he terminated his repair efforts. What were his charges for his three or more hours of manual labor on my RV??? ZERO DOLLARS!!! Mr. Grace is such an honest, decent gentleman that he refused to take a single dollar for his three hours of manual labor----because he said, "I haven't fixed your leak". Mr. Grace's repair facility is in his backyard, behind his house, in a housing sub-division, which, upon arrival, gives him the appearance of being a shadetree mechanic, but believe me, he knows his RV repair business and is as fine a gentleman as you will ever meet. Sincerely, Gordon Roberts, Cdr USN (Ret)
