Tommy and his crew are outstanding and go way beyond the call of duty. My 2013 KIA went in for repairs after getting rear-ended and my car came out looking like a brand new vehicle. Amazing crew!!!

I had the worst experience with this terrible paint shop. I asked for a matte finish and was told they could do it. When I got my car back it was terrible. They didn't buff out any of the scratches or small dings and even the paint guy said it was a bad job so they agreed to fix it. They asked me to circle each blemish with a white wax pencil so they could pay extra attention but when I got the car back it was a shiney finish, and I kid you not, I can still see the white circ

I highly recommend Tommy and The Paint & Body Shop! Our daughter is in Pensacola, attending a local university and was hit while out running an errand. We live in Iowa and had to call around to get estimates to get her car fixed immediately. Tommy went above and beyond to not only get her car in right away, but was the most reasonably priced. He offered to even give our daughter a ride back to the university, if needed. Trust me, being so far away from our daughter, it was such a relief to know someone cared and was so willing to work with us. Tommy kept in constant communication with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. Out of all the shops we called, Tommy was the absolute best choice and we are so happy at how our daughter's car turned out and she is just over the moon! THANK YOU, TOMMY!

Maaco! This is the best place in Pensacola to have any collision or body work done. I hit a deer on my way into Pensacola for a weekend trip. The impact completely destroyed my front bumper and right passenger fender. I called my local Buick dealership to see about fixing my car, they recommended Maaco. Would not recommend!!! Here is my story...I was referred to this location by my parents years ago. Had a few things done on other vehicles with no issues. As a matter of fact I was quite pleased with the service, so decided to come back. I dropped my vehicle off on the way out of town for the weekend. Everything was good.
