Absolutely livid I went to book store to buy book for my math course. I told them I needed on with access code longer than one semester, and I was told that what I was buying is what I needed and one semester later my access code has expired I am livid and have wasted too much money.

Don't bother calling, seriously. You will never get a bloody answer. I have tried calling so many different times throughout every semester I've been here, and not once have I gotten an answer. They honestly should just take the number off the website.

Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer. Having your items shipped is also apparently not a good idea as mine have still not arrived & it’s been two and half weeks.Update: after calling over and over and over, I got a person on the phone. (He was very polite & I could hear him handling in person customers) however turns out they never shipped my order at all and it was sitting there at the store. So with a order that was placed on 1/18 & and email that said it was shipped out on 1/20 (with no tracking information) my order is now actually being shipped 2/1 per the store clerk. Fingers crossed I guess. I definitely recommend ordering online and picking up from the store yourself.

Not really so much of a help. They do not answer the phone or respond back to emails . To get in contact with anyone at the bookstore you have to physically go, which can be an inconvenience at times.
