Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer. Having your items shipped is also apparently not a good idea as mine have still not arrived & it’s been two and half weeks.Update: after calling over and over and over, I got a person on the phone. (He was very polite & I could hear him handling in person customers) however turns out they never shipped my order at all and it was sitting there at the store. So with a order that was placed on 1/18 & and email that said it was shipped out on 1/20 (with no tracking information) my order is now actually being shipped 2/1 per the store clerk. Fingers crossed I guess. I definitely recommend ordering online and picking up from the store yourself.

Not really so much of a help. They do not answer the phone or respond back to emails . To get in contact with anyone at the bookstore you have to physically go, which can be an inconvenience at times.

I work there during rush to help out with web orders and everyone is very friendly. I enjoy meeting the college students and fulfilling the orders.

Not a veteran friendly college. They do not allow deferments for books. It's really too bad textbook brokers closed down. They were at least reasonably priced and did deferments.

I have had to use this bookstore due to some funding restrictions. It is a very expensive place to get anything. I have purchased 2 online access codes which are required for the different classes in my program. The first was a Test out access code, $50 more expensive than going direct. Second was EC Council access code and was over $100 more expensive here than going direct. I was not given a choice, but if I was, this would be my last resort.Staff are friendly and helpful but sadly it doesn't make up for being so expensive.

These people are rude. I get that a lot of people are frustrated because of the new work day transition but it’s not our fault so don’t take it out on us. An older gentlemen was very unfriendly and treated me with 0 respect. I can’t wait till I’m done with this school.
