Tina is the best nail tech she always gets my nails just how I like them! Her mother Jennifer is the sweetest. While waiting to get my nails done a homeless lady walked in asking for money to get her something to eat. The owner Jennifer with no questions went to her drawer and gave the lady some money and I did as well. The homeless lady then asked if she could sit awhile and cool off from the heat and Jennifer with no hesitation said yes. I was there a good hour getting my nails done and the lady was still sitting there she even fell asleep. I was the last customer of the evening they close at 7pm so one of the workers woke the homeless lady up to let her know they are closing and it’s time for her to leave. The lady asked if she could get some chips so they gave her a her a bag of chips then the lady asked for another bag and they gave it to her with no questions or attitude. Witnessing this act of kindness really touched my heart. May the lord continue to bless Jennifer and her family and her business.

I received a pedi from here and it was the best one I ever had! She used a grater on top of a pumice and really got all the dead skin off. I've been to upscale salons that charge me double the price and they never even do as well as they did.Services: Callus removal

I started going because my coworker got her eyelashes done and they were absolutely beautiful. I take my Mother in Law almost everytime with me to get her's done too. The wait is normally 30 mins to an hour long but this last time it was about an hour and a half. One young lady getting her nails done informed everyone that they normally give you a comp glass of wine while you are waiting or being serviced. My Mother in Law asked for some when the young lady started getting cups for the waiting customers in the shop. Now this was around 730, so the shop was closed for 30 mins at this point. The young lady ignored my Mother in Law, and the young lady who originally made the announcement about the wine asked to get my Mother in Law some. So as she is walking to get it she says in her language, "she wants wine and she's getting eyelashes", the Owner of the shop did not respond to her, she is absolutely a doll. She has been filling in doing our eyelashes the past month and a half due to they young lady going on maternity leave. However that did not sit well with me. We have been coming to her shop consistently for about 2 and a half years now, and normally get pedicures and nails done. I have spent a great amount of money with this business and am saddened to have had that experience the other week. Loyalty is what kept us coming to the shop while the other young lady is out on maternity leave, and with that my business is gone. I'm sure I will not be noticed or missed due to the demand..... but after a few more months of this, it's sure to steer away more business. Everything in your thoughts are not ok to verbalize, even if you are speaking another language.

Acted like she was in a rush, Didn't listen to me & didn't do my nail polish as I showed her, and it was only Color, no design.. didn't talk to me, she spoke in her language to other employees while she drilled my nails so thin ihad to jerkl my hands back. I had a couple gel nails left from my previous nails(from somewhere else) She took them Off like every other nail place does with a plastic nail which is fine except she was so rough she was ripping my nail literally off my hand. I wanted to cry. Once she put the plastic tips on my hands she did pink powder, But then she filed them so thin you can see the white nail through the pink powder. She cut 3 of my fingers 2 on the edge and one up on my cuticles. Maybe she just wasn't having the best day I don't know but I know she put me through a lot of pain so I won't be going back!

I had a 2hrs 10 minute wait before I was able get my nails done but i was happy with my nail at the end and the young thank me for wait and not leaving.
