Hubby bought me the pink Birkenstocks here as they had my size in the pink. I didn't try them on in the store as we were in a mad rush to leave town. When I got them home & tried them on they were too big, didn't fit & the quality was not as good as all the other Berkenstock sandles we have owned in the past. The store is lovely & I would totally shop here again, I just do not recommend the plastic berkies at all. Returned. Do not recommend them. Will return for other items.

There is a the the the store called Panhandle kicks in the same mall. The owner of that store has a connection with employees who buy all air force, Jordans, and newly released shoes and sell them for high prices in-store. Finishline corporate should stop this and let the regular customers buy anything for regular prices!

Every time I walk in this store I get ignored! The workers are to busy talking and playing to help anyone! And clearly prejudice!!

Nice place. Just not a big enough selection. Dont have the nice color ways in certain shoes. Need more room for sure. Got a nice pair of Nike flops for $25. Staff were nice and helpful.

Just got off the phone with Finish Line in Pensacola. I had the pleasure of talking with Chico. He definitely went above and beyond to help me with my problem!! He took the extra time to try and find a certain pair of shoes that I had to find for my daughter and never once made me feel like I was a bother to him. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring!I asked him if he was store manager he informed me that he was the assistant manager.He needs to be promoted! Give him his own store?

Purchased my son a pair of Nike Air max with a credit of $50.00 from a store exchange. When I went to return the new shoes they would only give me the difference that I paid on my debit card instead of the full amount that included my store credit. I have purchased shoes here before for my son but this will be the last time I do. If you purchase shoes and have a valid receipt you should be given full credit for what you paid. I am very disappointed in my experience at this location. I did not get anywhere with customer service either when I called since it was an in store purchase they were unable to help. I am now out $50.00.
