I am so very thankful for this store! I walked in yesterday needing two textbooks spiral bound. The place I had used previously for this service does not offer it any longer. I was fully prepared for the print services employee to turn me away, and I’d be resigned to un-spiralbound book sorrow for the next two years ? BUT! That wonderful associate not only told me he could spiral bind my textbooks for me, he did it while I waited in the store!!!! I am ridiculously happy with this service! Thank you, sir, for saving me and my child(ren) from this potential sorrow. I will definitely be back and have recommended them to everyone I know who will need this same service.

On 07/27/24 at 12:42 The employee Janice was very rude consistently call me a child I caused no problems to her whatsoever. My friend who was has an encounter with her before said she gave her a hard time. She has a very Racist energy

This was the very best customer service experience I have had in a very long time!!! I called in with what I thought was an impossible task of making a banner for my son's home coming from being deployed. I had forgotten to order one and I was down to the wire. I called and Jacob helped me get to the website and talked me through ordering it on line and choosing their store. I did as he instructed and with in an hour I had it all designed. I paid for it and it was sent over to the store. I verified that they received it and they had it completed with in the 24 hours!!! I am so thankful that they helped me make this for my son! They did a great job and now I am going to have them do all my printing needs from now on.

Thank you for helping me today. Another patron assaulted me with one of your kiosks and then accused me of having a fire arm and you all intervened. He even waited for me in the parking lot and tried to follow me out. I quickly got behind him and got his plate number and attempted to call 911 for assistance, but because I was in full PTSD mode and was having a hard time calming down, and the operator wasn’t properly trained in de-escalation, I was told, since I continued to talk over her, she couldn’t help and she hung up on me. I tried to call back, but I guess her buddy sitting next to her decided she didn’t want to help either and said to make a report. I was being stalked like an animal out of the parking lot with valid fear and had just been assaulted and had explained I had PTSD. I was in a trigger. Oh well. Guess we’ll let the crazy dude do his thing and follow me home where my children are. I’m scared. I’m confused. Anyway, thank you to all the employees and customers who had my 12 and my 6. That’s what’s up, actually. ✊? I’ve never experienced that before. Word.

They can complete the task needed; however, some employees aren't very friendly and lack customer service.

Consistently rude and combative. I've kept trying to go here over the years hoping this will change and it hasn't. Is this in their training? Not to mention, they can't handle it when things get busy. There is zero customer service when problems arise. I brought a pkg for drop off to ship w/ pre-paid label ready to go back to a company. They wouldn't take it giving me a bogus excuse that the way it was pkg'd, that it would get caught in FedEx's conveyor belt w/ the tape. Huh? Then they wanted to charge me $14 bucks for one of their boxes to put it in. Mgmt overheard the desk clerk and intervened confirming this ridiculous statement and that yes, it was true, it's how they've always done it. I declined their insane idea and left to get a second opinion. This isn't the first time I've been lied to by this location. I ended up going to another FedEx drop off store, they took the pkg and gave me a receipt. I will never go back to this FedEx location. They power trip and they're a bunch of liars. They have no idea what they are doing.
