When going in it is not immediately clear where the shipping desk is and the customer service is very poor. They are painstakingly slow and seem undermanned. I stood at the desk for almost 10 minutes before even being asked what I needed only to be declined because this location cannot ship items with batteries.

FedEx thought it would be a bright idea to deliver my package in front of strangers. Now my package has gone missing and I am highly upset. They stated to me I should contact the seller. Well if you guys had sense enough NOT to leave the package in front of strangers then maybe this would not have happened. Yes I BLAME FEDEX AS THE CAUSE OF THIS. Definitely do not recommend
