The family dollar store on Michigan Ave is a hot mess the manager speaks to her employees like they her children asking them what you don't know how to count very unprofessional also speaking about her employees to other employees.

This dollar store has old food and snacks. Purchased a bag of chips and they are 4 months , expires Aug 2023. Disgusting and the guy that works there is rude

Kid is sick so I rushed to grab some medicine and the doors were locked at 8:54. I know they close at 9 and it was only 6 minutes but it would take 2 for me to get it and go. Might as well change your hours

These people are theifs. I bought a phone from them that was straight up broken in the box. Went to cricket and went to Verizon and they both agreed the phone was broke. They refused to even look at it even though everything was still sealed, just because I lost the receipt. Nothing was open only the phone itself was even touched. The manager is probably the laziest person I've ever seen work there

Not a huge fan. Went in today for some items and was at the checkout for around 5 minutes without any cashier or employee in sight. I heard a little commotion out front so I left my items on the counter and saw the two employees out front of the store smoking their cigarettes. I let them know as I walked to Winn Dixie that they should have someone behind the counter. They told me that “he†was in there. “He†was in the back actually working and unpacking merchandise. And not even near the front checkout counter. Not happy with the service I received, as when there's customers in the store, two people shouldn't go on a smoke break right in front of the store. Winn Dixie was happy to take my money, and provide someone behind the counter. As for the ladies there today... perhaps one of you stays and one of you goes outside. If the older woman was the manager she needs a bit more training.
